SAP Consultant - Job Description Position: SAP ABAP Developer / SAP SD/MM Consultant Location: Flexible / Remote / Onsite Experience: 5+ Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and/or SAP SD/MM functional consulting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP implementations and support services. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Develop and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and workflows. Configure and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and/or MM (Materials Management) modules. Design and develop integrations between SAP and external systems. Work with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing. Prepare technical and functional documentation. Participate in SAP implementation, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices. Required Skills ABAP Candidates: Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. Experience with: Reports, ALV, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, OData Debugging and performance optimization Experience with S/4HANA custom developments is preferred. SAP SD/MM Candidates: Strong configuration and support experience in SAP SD and/or MM, and GTS. Knowledge of: Sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery processes Purchasing, inventory management, procurement, and material master data Integration with FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects is highly desirable. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of SAP experience in ABAP development and/or SD/MM consulting. Experience working in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Nice to Have SAP S/4HANA experience. SAP Fiori/UI5 knowledge. Experience with SAP BTP integrations and extensions.
