Factbird helps manufacturers improve performance with an AI-enabled, plug-and-play manufacturing intelligence suite. Real-time visibility on the shop floor. Connected operations. Data that actually turns into improvement, not just reports. We’re expanding our Northern European sales team in Copenhagen and looking for a Business Development Representative to help us keep building momentum and opening doors in a market where we already have a solid presence. You’ll work from our Copenhagen office and support our Danish and Swedish markets, so we’re looking for someone fluent in both languages. This is a great role for someone early in their sales career who wants more than a script to follow: someone who wants to help shape our outbound approach, sharpen their craft with modern prospecting tools, and sell something that makes a real difference on the factory floor. About the Role As a BDR at Factbird, you won’t just be executing outreach. You’ll be helping sharpen the playbook for how we generate pipeline in Denmark and Sweden. That means a mix of hands-on prospecting and real input into strategy: which accounts to target, which messages resonate, and which channels and tools actually move the needle. You’ll spend your time identifying the right accounts, reaching the right people, testing what works, and turning interest into qualified meetings and sales opportunities. This is a phone-first role. Phone calls remain your primary tool, but you’ll also run structured multi-channel campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and use AI-powered prospecting tools to work smarter, not just harder. Key Responsibilities We’re looking for someone who understands that outbound success comes from a combination of activity, discipline, messaging, and follow-through. This role is aligned with market expectations for outbound development work, including periods where 100-200 call attempts per day may be required, depending on territory focus, campaign goals, and lead quality. What you'll do Build qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting into manufacturing and industrial accounts across Denmark and Sweden Respond to inbound leads, qualify interest, and convert it into meetings Research target accounts to understand business context, likely pain points, and buying relevance Identify the right decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations Book discovery meetings for the Account Management team and create qualified opportunities Maintain strong prospect data quality and keep HubSpot accurate and up to date Track your performance against KPIs and stay disciplined about activity and follow-up Work closely with the Account Management and Marketing teams to sharpen targeting, messaging, and handoff quality Bring insights from prospect conversations back to the team: what’s resonating, what isn’t How we'll measure success KPIs will be defined with your manager, but here's what we're tracking: Sales-qualified leads generated Discovery meetings booked and completed Conversion from leads to qualified opportunities Outreach volume, especially calls Inbound lead response time CRM discipline and data quality This role is for someone who wants to see a direct line between their daily work, the strategies they help build, and commercial growth. About you You want to build a career in sales, and you’re ready for a role where you get real ownership, not just a list of calls to make. You’re comfortable in an outbound environment, curious about tools and experimentation, and motivated by the opportunity to improve fast. We’re looking for someone with: 1-3 years of experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS environment Fluency in Danish and Swedish, and strong English A strong interest in pipeline generation and outbound prospecting Comfort working in a phone-first sales development role The ability to succeed in a high-activity environment, including periods of 100-200 calls per day Curiosity about the manufacturing world and interest in learning how manufacturers operate Strong follow-through and personal ownership Experience working in a CRM, ideally HubSpot Hunger for a long-term career in sales If you’re excited by building pipelines, learning fast, and helping bring modern software into manufacturing environments, we’d love to hear from you. Why Factbird? People are at the heart of everything we build. We believe great products come from empowered teams — and we work hard to create an environment where you can do your best work and have space for life beyond it. Flexible working hours — we trust you to manage your time Competitive salary — compensation that reflects your skills, experience, and impact Internet reimbursement — stay connected wherever you choose to work from Thoughtful, human onboarding — step-by-step support from day one Individual Development Plan conversations — bi-yearly career development aligned to your ambitions Company-wide kickoffs & team days — we come together regularly across teams and regions A global, inclusive culture — diverse backgrounds and perspectives, actively celebrated Join Us If this role feels like a match, we’d be excited to hear from you and explore how you could help shape the future of data collection and production monitoring at Factbird. And if someone in your network comes to mind who might be a great fit, feel free to share this opportunity with them. Please note that applications will be reviewed after November 20th. Factbird helps manufacturers see what’s really happening on their production lines. Our lightweight hardware products install directly on production lines and collect data from machines without heavy consultant implementation. Our hardware turns data into real-time insights on production output, downtime, and efficiency, so factory-floor teams and management can make better decisions. Today we have 300+ customers across Europe and the US, and with a recent partnership with Verdane, we are looking to scale our efforts even further. Coming this far has only been possible by relentlessly understanding our customers’ pains and needs and turning that into solutions that generate real-world value in the manufacturers’ day-to-day. As our customer base grows, some of the most valuable conversations we can have are with the manufacturers already using Factbird every day: helping them get more out of the platform, showing them the value they’ve achieved, and giving them good reasons to tell others about it. That’s why we’re hiring our first dedicated Customer Marketing Manager. You’ll join our marketing team and work side by side with our Product Marketing Director, the Marketing team and Customer Success to support building programs that turn customers into long-term partners and advocates. The role As Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll own marketing for everyone who is already a Factbird customer; from their first weeks on the platform to their renewal and beyond. You’ll design and run the lifecycle, expansion, and advocacy programs that help customers adopt more of Factbird, see the value they’re getting, and grow with us. This is also a data-informed role. You’ll use product usage data from Mixpanel and customer data in HubSpot to understand how accounts actually use Factbird and turn those insights into communication that’s relevant and well-timed. You’ll also make sure what customers tell us reaches product marketing to support campaigns and positioning. You’ll report to Frederik Krogtoft, Product Marketing Director, and be part of the Marketing team based in Copenhagen. What You'll Do Lifecycle, adoption & education Build and run onboarding journeys in HubSpot, email flows and welcome packs, that help new customers get up and running quickly. Plan feature-adoption campaigns based on Mixpanel usage data, targeted at the accounts that will benefit most. Promote professional services and training to under-engaged accounts. Build and maintain the Factbird Academy, our customer knowledge base. Expansion & account-based marketing Run campaigns that communicate our roadmap and the value of new products to existing customers. Build upsell and cross-sell nurture flows. Produce content for ABM campaigns, from micro-vertical programs to 1:1 account campaigns and source the customer data these programs need. Customer advocacy & reviews Build and run our customer referral program. Manage the pipeline of customer quotes and logo permissions. Source customers for case studies (production is handled by our Content team) and recruit customer speakers for events. Run internal and external campaigns to earn high ratings and rankings on review sites such as G2 and Capterra. Customer insights, voice of the customer & retention Turn product usage (Mixpanel) and CRM (HubSpot) data into customer insights that feed our campaigns and positioning. Collect customer feedback, report on NPS, and route insights to Product Marketing Partner with Customer Success and own the CSAT and NPS survey cadence and make sure responses get the right follow-up. Partner with Customer Success on customer health reporting and set up campaign triggers for accounts that show churn risk. What We're Looking For We’re looking for a hands-on customer marketer who is equally at home with data and with words. You build programs from scratch rather than waiting for a playbook; you work easily across teams, and you always make the customer the hero of the story. The Ideal Background 3–5 years of experience in customer and/or product marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience building email journeys and segmentation in HubSpot. A track record in customer advocacy, such as references, case studies, referral programs, or review-site campaigns (G2, Capterra). Experience with account-based marketing. Excellent written and spoken English. Why Factbird? People are at the heart of everything we build. Factbird is a manufacturing intelligence suite that turns real-time production data into actionable insights. Our plug-and-play hardware and AI-powered SaaS solution help manufacturers cut downtime, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. We are around 100 people across Europe and the US, growing more than 50% year over year. We have just partnered with the private equity firm Verdane to strengthen our product roadmap and expand our reach even further. We have built a solid Revenue Operations foundation, with HubSpot as our CRM, BigQuery as our data warehouse, and Power BI and Claude for reporting that the leadership team and the board rely on. Now we want to take the next step. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who doesn't just keep the engine running but tells us where to steer it. This is a role for someone who looks at our numbers and asks, "so what?" Which segments should we double down on? Where is the funnel leaking? Which investments will pay back? What can we do even better? You will help answer those questions and make sure the answers lead to action. The role You will own Revenue Operations across the full customer journey, from the first marketing touch to sales, onboarding, renewal, and expansion. Your job is to unify the processes, technology, and data behind our revenue teams so that growth becomes more predictable, transparent, and scalable. You will be based at our office at Havneholmen in Copenhagen, report to the CFO, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and the senior leadership team. You will lead our Business Intelligence Analyst, who owns the data warehouse, the data pipelines, and the Power BI dashboards. You will thrive here if you combine a commercial mindset with analytical rigor, and you enjoy turning a messy question into a clear recommendation that a leadership team can act on. What You'll Do Planning and GTM Turn performance, customer, and market data into clear recommendations: where to invest, which segments and industries to prioritize, and what isn't working. Support commercial planning with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, including targets, quotas, and capacity planning. Support sales leadership on territory design, lead routing, and pipeline coverage. Data and Intelligence Develop the commercial KPIs that matter across the funnel, such as pipeline, conversion, win rates, CAC, churn, and net revenue retention, and understand the data behind it. Own the monthly commercial performance reporting for the leadership team and present the story and learnings behind the numbers. Lead deep-dive analyses, such as ICP and industry performance, win/loss and churn drivers, and recommend corrective actions. Lead and develop our Business Intelligence Analyst: set priorities, goals, and development plans. Best in Class Processes Map our processes from lead to renewal, find the bottlenecks, and fix them together with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Design workflows and hand-offs that cut admin time and improve data quality for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. Technology and AI Foster the adoption of AI across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success: connect AI assistants to our CRM and data, and build AI-powered workflows for enrichment, lead scoring and reporting. AI-powered tools in our current stack include Gong, Amplemarket, Claude and Dreamdata. Measure the impact of AI and automation on productivity and pipeline. Revenue Funnel Pursuit Give the revenue teams the insights, tools and cadences they need at every stage of the funnel, from demand generation to renewal and expansion. Support Marketing on attribution, intent data and campaign reporting. Support Customer Success with health, churn-risk and expansion insights. Project Management Plan and deliver cross-functional revenue projects from scope to measurable impact. Lead the change management that comes with new processes and tools, so they stick. What We're Looking For We are looking for a commercially minded problem solver who uses data to drive decisions and create value. You understand what drives growth in a B2B business, you are comfortable in front of a leadership team, and you are hands-on enough to get into HubSpot yourself. The ideal background 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, commercial analytics, strategy or management consulting, or a similar role. Experience from a B2B SaaS or tech scale-up, where you have seen what drives growth up close. A proven track record of turning data into insights and recommendations that leaders acted on. Strong analytical skills: you may have been a Business Intelligence Analyst in the past. You are definitely at home with funnel metrics, unit economics and forecasting, and you can build a model in Excel or a BI tool. Solid HubSpot experience and you are confident as its Super Admin. Curiosity about AI, and practical experience using it to automate work or get more out of data. Clear communication in English, written and spoken, at leadership and board level. How you work You think like a business owner and always ask what a number means for growth. You work autonomously, take ownership, and see what could be better before anyone asks. You help the teams around you turn those ideas into real improvements. You build trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, and you can challenge with facts. You enjoy coaching others and want to develop the analyst on your team. You like structure, but you are happy to build it where it doesn't exist yet. Why Factbird? People are at the heart of everything we build. We believe great products come from empowered teams - and we work hard to create an environment where you can do your best work and have space for life beyond it.
