Real projects, real impact. Join our site team.​ Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway. A data centre is a large building full of servers that run the internet, the cloud and the apps we all use every day. We are looking for construction workers who want to be part of building them. What you will do​ • Install and assemble building parts, such as ceilings, sandwich panels and flashing • Do finishing works and prepare the site • Follow drawings and instructions from your supervisor • Help other trades and subcontractors on site • Move materials, load and unload deliveries • Keep the work area clean, tidy and safe • Take part in toolbox talks (short safety meetings) and safety training Who you are​ • Experience from construction or fit-out projects. Data centre or technical projects are a plus. • You can read simple construction drawings • You know how to use tools safely and how to work with PPE (personal protective equipment such as a helmet, safety shoes and gloves) • Good English, spoken and written • Driving licence class B • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work • Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad • Reliable, on time and safety-minded • Happy to learn and to take direction New to data centres?​ No problem. If you have solid construction experience, we will teach you the rest. Lead the site. Build what powers the digital world.​ Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our work on site. You keep the project safe, on time and to the right quality, and you make sure the team works well together. What you will do​ • Lead daily work on site and coordinate our own teams, subcontractors and suppliers • Plan the work so it follows the schedule, the drawings and the safety rules • Hold toolbox talks (short safety meetings before work starts), do site inspections and quality checks • Report progress to the Project Manager and work with the client to solve problems quickly • Keep site documents in order: permits, safety reports and progress records • Follow up material deliveries and site logistics Our scope on site:​ ceilings, sandwich panels (insulated wall and roof panels), flashing, penetration sealing, finishing works and site services. Who you are​ • 2+ years' experience as a site manager or in a similar leadership role in construction • Experience from data centres, industrial buildings or other technical projects is a strong plus • You know how to lead subcontractors and site teams • You know construction safety (HSE) and quality control • Good English, spoken and written • Driving licence class B • Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad • A technical or engineering education is a plus. A data centre certification (for example CDCP) is a bonus. What makes you a good fit​ You are calm under pressure and make clear decisions.
