Geniebelt

Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales professional who knows how to open doors, build trust and turn relationships into business? Geniebelt is a technology company on a mission to transform construction by accelerating repeatable build. Our SaaS platform helps builders plan, coordinate and manage work across projects through real-time, collaborative workflows. Today, Geniebelt handles more than 150,000 weekly updates for thousands of active users worldwide, powered by a dedicated team of just 11 people. With proven product-market fit, a sharper ICP focus and a rebuilt commercial foundation, our next challenge is execution and growth. We’re looking for an Account Executive to lead new business growth across the Nordics: building pipeline, winning new customers and shaping our commercial playbook as we work towards becoming the #1 real-time, collaborative scheduling platform for repeatable construction in Europe. The role Your initial mission is to open Sweden by winning selected housebuilder accounts and building momentum in the market. This is a hands-on SaaS sales role. You will own the full sales cycle, build pipeline from the ground up and help shape how we sell as we scale. First and foremost, we are looking for someone who loves selling and wants to stay close to customers. You will: Build pipeline by identifying target accounts, opening doors and creating new opportunities. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation and close. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and understand the workflows and challenges behind their buying decisions. Develop a deep understanding of our customers, market and competitors and use those insights to sharpen our commercial approach. Continuously improve our sales playbook, processes and use of technology. Work closely with CSM and Product, bringing customer and market insights back into the team. Travel approximately 30 - 40 days per year, primarily across the Nordics. What you bring Background and experience 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with experience selling SaaS or technology solutions. A strong hunter mindset with a proven track record of building pipeline, opening new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation and discovery skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Ability to understand customer needs and translate technology into clear business value. Experience from construction, ConTech, PropTech or another operationally complex industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, preferably Swedish. Based in the Malmö or Copenhagen area. As a person High energy and persistence. You enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Commercially curious, data-driven and comfortable using modern sales tools and AI to work smarter. A genuine team player who takes ownership and enjoys working with people who challenge and learn from each other. How we work (and who thrives as a Genie) Four values shape how we work together: Winning mindset . Play to win, know your goals, raise the bar, play the right game. Play together . Bring your passion, have each other's back, value feedback, enjoy the ride. Curiosity . Stay open, explore new perspectives, try novel ways, learn fast. High agency . Step up, take initiative, own it, get it done. We are building an open, non-bureaucratic company where everyone can make an impact. If that sounds like you, you will fit right in. What we offer Real impact: A central role in opening Sweden and growing Geniebelt across the Nordics, with real influence on how we build our commercial engine. High ownership: The freedom to experiment, make decisions and shape how we take Geniebelt to market. Lean team: The opportunity to punch above your weight in a dedicated team of just 11 people, working closely with leadership, Product and CSM. Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week in our Copenhagen office, with flexibility depending on location. Holiday: 25 days of paid holiday plus 5 additional “feriefridage”. Social: Monthly social gatherings and outings with the team. Ready to join the build? We are hiring now and would like our new Account Executive to start as soon as possible. If this sounds like the right challenge for you, apply today or no later than 6 October 2026.
