Din nya utmaning Vår produktion växer och som en del av vår fortsatta expansion bygger vi nu upp ett nytt team på en ny produktionssite vid vårt huvudkontor i Helsingborg. Som Produktionstekniker blir du en del av vår växande produktionsverksamhet och får möjlighet att bidra till utvecklingen av både våra arbetssätt, team och produktion framåt. Du kommer främst att arbeta med montering av våra högteknologiska produkter i ett varierat arbete där kvalitet står i fokus. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Montering av både mekaniska och elektroniska delar i MilDefs produkter. Utföra mindre omfattande lödning av elektroniska komponenter och ledningar. Bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar för att öka effektiviteten och kvaliteten i produktionsmiljön. Det här bidrar du med Har en teknisk utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Erfarenhet inom elektronikmontering från en relevant produktionsmiljö. God datavana. Du är ordningsam, strukturerad, noggrann och har ett stort tekniskt intresse. Social kompetens och en lagspelare som bidrar till ett effektivt samarbete. Förmåga att läsa tekniska arbetsinstruktioner, manualer och enkla ritningar. Uttrycker dig med mycket god förmåga på både svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter * Leda och samordna projekt från koncept till implementering, inklusive planering, genomförande och uppföljning. * Projektleda större projekt med flera delprojekt. * Coacha och agera som mentor för yngre projektledare. * Arbeta nära kunder och intressenter för att säkerställa att projektleveranser uppfyller krav och förväntningar. * Stötta i befintliga projekt. * Hantera resurser, budgetar och tidsramar för att optimera projektets framdrift. * Identifiera och hantera risker samt utveckla strategier för att minimera påverkan på projektet. Vi söker dig med * Relevant utbildning inom teknik, projektledning eller motsvarande erfarenhet. * Flerårig (7+år) erfarenhet av projektledning, inom försvarssektorn. * God förståelse för försvarsrelaterade processer och regelverk. * Utmärkta ledarskaps- och kommunikationsfärdigheter. * Erfarenhet av att mentorera och coacha kollegor. * Förmåga att arbeta under press och hantera komplexa situationer. Resor i tjänsten förekommer. Körkort för personbil är ett krav. Du talar och skriver flytande på svenska och engelska. STEP INTO THE ROLE As our Information Security Specialist, you will play an important role in strengthening information security across MilDef Group. You will work in a broad role where information security meets technology, compliance, risk management and business needs. Together with colleagues across Group IT and other parts of the organization, you will help us build structures, awareness and ways of working that protect our information and support a growing international business. This role is a great fit for someone who combines a solid understanding of information security with a pragmatic and collaborative mindset. You enjoy turning requirements into practical solutions, building strong relationships with stakeholders and finding the right balance between security and business priorities. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at MilDef Group. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will: * Develop, implement and maintain information security policies, procedures and standards across MilDef Group. * Conduct risk assessments, security audits and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate information security risks. * Support compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks and standards, including CMMC, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001/27002, GDPR and NIST CSF 2.0. * Manage and investigate information security incidents, identify root causes and develop measures to reduce the risk of recurrence. * Support the organization and ongoing projects with information security expertise and guidance. * Work with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with our security requirements. * Develop and lead information security training and awareness initiatives across the organization. * Contribute to building a strong security culture where information security becomes a natural part of how we work. * Stay up to date with evolving security threats, technologies, regulations and industry practices. WHAT YOU BRING We believe you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field – or equivalent experience. You also bring: * At least 3 years of experience within information security. * Good knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27000 series and information security management systems. * Experience with security risk assessments and risk mitigation. * Knowledge of national and international cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements. * An understanding of how IT security connects to the broader field of information security. * Experience working with information security from a protective security perspective. * Experience developing initiatives that strengthen security awareness and culture. * Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. Experience from the defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure or government sectors is highly valuable, as is an understanding of security requirements and customer expectations within the defense industry. Certifications such as CISM, CISSP or CRISC are not required, but are considered a strong advantage. Just as important as your technical knowledge is how you work. You are structured and comfortable managing several priorities, while being able to work both independently and together with others. You communicate security requirements in a clear and practical way and enjoy collaborating with people across different functions and levels of an organization. WHY MILDEF?
