Significant efforts have been made in recent years to increase our presence within production facilities, establish direct contacts with key stakeholders and strengthen our reputation across the region. Several customers already work with Danieli. However, substantial opportunities remain to deepen those relationships and expand our involvement far beyond our current level of business. Your mission will be to transform existing awareness into trust, and trust into long-term partnerships, customer loyalty and sustainable business growth. We are looking for someone who can become the person our customers call first when they need advice, support or a reliable partner. The successful candidate will not operate as a stand-alone salesperson. Commercial strategy, customer development plans and growth initiatives are defined in close coordination with the Danieli Group headquarters in Italy and the Nordic Area. The role is fully integrated within a broader international organization and supported by dedicated technical, commercial and engineering resources worldwide. Daily support is provided by the Nordic Area Manager, while customer visits and business development activities are frequently performed jointly with Product Line Managers, technical specialists and senior representatives from Danieli headquarters. In the Nordic industrial culture, trust is not a sales tool, It is the foundation upon which long-term business is built. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the closing date. Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the recruitment process. Preferred start date is as soon as possible, but this is not a requirement.
