We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to millions of people in their everyday lives. Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners’ and residents’ expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen. In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 14,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength. By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards. Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets. As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers. If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together. About the role This is a unique opportunity to get insight into a hyperscaling international company from within. As Group Management Trainee you will work in the rooms where Odevo is steered, close to where our Value Creation Plan is shaped and delivered. You will work most closely with the Group CEO, CFO and COO, and you will see up close how senior leaders think, prioritise and solve problems at pace, a foundation you will carry into everything you do next. You will be trusted with real responsibility from the start, and you will learn quickly. Shaped by your own background and interests, you will take on projects from problem definition and analysis through to recommendation and delivery, and you will lead initiatives of your own. You will be encouraged to bring your own thinking rather than simply execute someone else’s. In Odevo’s Global AI Program, you will contribute from day one, taking ownership of your own workstreams and helping drive the impact of AI on how we operate across our markets and OpCos, at a scale few companies can offer. You will also help run the Group Management Team’s annual planning cycle, preparing the materials and following up so that plans become action, and you will coordinate our most important meetings, including Group Management Team, All Staff and Board meetings, as well as larger events. That is where the access is. From the start you will build a broad network across the Group and Market Leadership teams, as well as the board and Odevo’s owners, Fidelio Capital and CVC Capital Partners. The role is designed to prepare you for a broader role within Odevo. Having worked closely with the Group Management Team, you will be well positioned to move into Finance, M&A, Strategy, Financial Services, or Tech, or to take on a key role in one of our OpCos. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to start part-time alongside your studies. Who you are * Humble and genuine: Treats kindness as a strength, leads with empathy, assumes positive intent, and takes a real interest in helping others succeed. Prestigeless in approach, with no task considered too small or too big. Brings positive energy to new situations and enjoys contributing to a team that delivers together. * Collaborative and trusted: Builds strong relationships across the organisation and engages confidently with senior leaders and peers alike. Listens actively, values the best idea over titles, and brings energy to shared ambitions. * Analytical, structured and precise: Breaks complex problems into clear, manageable parts and reasons through them with rigour. Curious by nature, and quick to spot the issue that others miss. * Curious, bold and ambitious: A quick learner who challenges established ways of working to break new ground, finding smarter solutions and new opportunities. Motivated by growing responsibility and hungry to keep developing. * Proactive and dependable: Creates clarity where it is missing, takes initiative and moves work forward without waiting to be told how. Brings a hands-on approach, works effectively in a fast-paced environment, turns analysis into action and can be counted on to deliver when several priorities land at once. Key qualifications and experience * Newly graduated, or a student able to start part-time while completing your studies, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or a related field. * AI is already part of how you work. You use it every day and you are always looking for the next tool that will sharpen the quality and pace of what you do. * Some professional experience, such as relevant internships, part-time work or current employment. International experience is a plus. * Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and spoken English. * Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together. ABOUT THE ROLE As Odevo continues its rapid international growth, we are strengthening our Group Finance organisation and are looking for a finance professional to play a key role in shaping how we manage, report and drive performance across the Group. In this role, you will take a leading role in the Group management reporting and performance management agenda, working closely with the Group CFO, CEO, local CFOs and management teams across Odevo’s operating companies. You will provide the insights, structure and transparency needed to support high-quality decision-making, while continuously improving the way the Group monitors and manages financial and operational performance. The role combines Group-level performance management, finance transformation, M&A and business partnering, with significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help build the next generation of Odevo’s Group Finance capabilities. Key responsibilities * Own and lead the Group management reporting and performance management process, partnering closely with Group Finance and local Finance teams to ensure high-quality, consistent and actionable reporting across the organisation. * Shape and develop the Group’s reporting framework, continuously improving reporting models, performance metrics, management presentations, processes and governance to support a rapidly scaling organisation. * Lead the development of a global reporting infrastructure, moving the organisation towards more automated, scalable and data-driven reporting. Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to design and implement fit-for-purpose tools and solutions, reducing reliance on manual Excel-based processes. * Drive Group business performance reviews, preparing and presenting materials for Group Management and contributing to Board-level reporting and discussions. Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, implications and recommendations for senior leadership. * Challenge and analyse business performance across markets and operating companies, identifying trends, performance gaps, value creation opportunities and areas for improvement. Partner with local management teams to turn insights into concrete actions. * Play a key role in M&A activities, including financial modelling, performance analysis, acquisition integration and the integration of acquired companies into the Group’s reporting and performance management framework. * Lead strategic and ad-hoc finance initiatives, often in collaboration with senior stakeholders and external advisors, taking ownership from problem definition through analysis, recommendation and implementation. * Act as a trusted finance partner to the Group CFO, CEO and local CFOs, ensuring alignment between Group priorities and local execution and helping drive a consistent, high-performing finance organisation. * Help build and scale the Group Business Control function, establishing the capabilities, processes and ways of working required to support Odevo’s continued growth and increasing organisational complexity. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for a commercially minded, analytically strong and entrepreneurial finance leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level. You combine strong technical finance capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge the status quo and turn analysis into action. * Strategic and commercially minded: You understand what drives business performance and are able to connect financial and operational metrics to the broader business strategy. You challenge assumptions and focus on what matters for value creation. * Strong ownership and leadership: You take full ownership of your workstreams, operate with a high degree of autonomy and are comfortable driving complex initiatives across functions and geographies. * Entrepreneurial and change-oriented: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoy building rather than simply maintaining. You are motivated by creating structure, improving ways of working and solving problems where the answer is not always obvious. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills: You can navigate complex data, identify the key drivers behind performance and distil analysis into clear conclusions and recommendations. * Strong communicator and influencer: You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and can communicate complex financial topics in a clear, concise and compelling way. You build strong relationships and influence through credibility, curiosity and sound judgement. * Resilient and pragmatic: You are comfortable managing ambiguity, competing priorities and high expectations. You maintain momentum and quality even in a rapidly changing environment. * Continuous learner: You are curious, intellectually rigorous and motivated to continuously improve both yourself and the organisation around you. EXPERIENCE * Significant experience in Group Finance, Business Control, FP&A, financial advisory, M&A or a similar analytical and commercially oriented finance environment. * Strong track record of financial analysis, performance management and management reporting, ideally within a complex, international or high-growth organisation. * Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills, combined with strong PowerPoint and presentation capabilities. * Demonstrated experience of driving finance transformation, improving reporting processes or building scalable finance capabilities. * Experience using AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics to improve finance processes, reporting automation, forecasting, insight generation, or decision support. * Experience working with senior management and/or executive stakeholders, with the ability to independently drive discussions and influence decision-making. * Strong understanding of how to translate financial and operational data into business insights and actionable recommendations. Nice to have * Experience with Aaro, business central or similar reporting/consolidation tools. * Experience building or scaling a Group Finance, Business Control, FP&A or performance management function. * Experience from a high-growth, international or Private Equity-backed environment. * Experience from financial due diligence, management consulting or audit. * Experience supporting M&A transactions, integrations and post-acquisition performance management. If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together. At Odevo, we build production-grade AI systems that change how residential living is managed at scale. Our AI Engineering team is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and driven by learning - and we're now looking for a Product Manager to help shape what we build and why. This is a role at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world property management. You'll work side by side with AI engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities into products that thousands of residents, property managers, and support teams rely on every day. You'll own the product direction for AI-powered features - from early exploration to production - and make sure we're always solving the right problems in the right order. You'll drive the roadmap for tools like our case triage engine - defining what great looks like, gathering user feedback, and working with engineers to continuously improve how we understand and route incoming maintenance issues. Your main responsibilities * Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex case management landscape shaped by decentralized organizations, differing local processes, legacy systems, and uneven technical maturity. * Own the product direction for AI-powered case management automation, turning ambiguous operational needs into clear priorities, actionable backlog items, and scalable solutions. * Build deep understanding of how case handling works in practice today across the business - immersing yourself in operational workflows, pain points, and variations to ensure we solve real problems in ways users trust and adopt. * Act as the bridge between AI engineers, operations teams, domain experts, and business stakeholders - translating between technical possibilities, business needs, and day-to-day operational reality. * Drive alignment, prioritization, and delivery together with the AI engineering team and stakeholders, balancing business value, technical constraints, data dependencies, and long-term product evolution. * Drive adoption and measurable impact end to end - from discovery and rollout to follow-up, iteration, and continuous improvement based on usage, feedback, and outcomes. Who you are * You thrive in complexity and ambiguity, and you are at your best when bringing structure, focus, and progress to situations that are not yet well defined. * You are genuinely curious about how work happens in practice and willing to go deep into the domain to understand workflows, edge cases, and operational pain points. * You build trust quickly and communicate clearly across functions, levels, and backgrounds - from highly technical teams to operational stakeholders and senior leadership. * You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, balancing short-term needs with long-term direction, and adjusting course as new insights emerge. * You combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, and you care as much about adoption and outcomes as you do about delivery. * You are excited by applied AI and motivated by the challenge of turning new technology into products that create real value in complex environments. What we are looking for * A true product owner who is the natural go-to person for the AI product domain - perceived as an owner, not a coordinator. * Someone who can bridge the gap between engineers who care deeply about their craft and stakeholders who care about outcomes. * A data-driven decision maker who is comfortable making trade-offs and driving alignment across functions. * An excellent communicator - verbal and written - who can make complex AI concepts accessible to any audience. * A team player who thrives in a collaborative, open, and supportive environment. Relevant experience * 5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech-driven services. * Hands-on experience working with AI, ML, or data-driven product teams is a strong plus. * Experience in PropTech or the service industry is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. * Fluent in Swedish and English. Location Our office is located at Tulegatan 4 in Stockholm, and our AI team follows a hybrid work model with three days in the office to balance focus and collaboration. Excited?
