Country Manager, Finland Part-time / 2–3 days per week Do you know the Finnish fundraising sector and would you like to help non-profit organisations improve their fundraising and payment setup? OnlineFundraising is looking for a part-time Country Manager to develop our business in Finland. This is a new role in our team and a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their fundraising experience to help organisations improve their fundraising results, build relationships and develop markets. OnlineFundraising is an online payment platform that makes it easy and secure to receive donations and memberships regardless of payment method and recruitment channel: on the website, in telemarketing, and on the street. Our product automatically handles a payment from the moment it is received until it is collected, freeing up our customers’ time. About the role Your main focus will be sales and business development in Finland . You will be our local presence in Finland and work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams in Copenhagen. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and contacting relevant non-profit organisations. Building relationships with fundraising managers and decision-makers. Developing new sales opportunities and partnerships. Arranging meetings, presentations and smaller events. Advising organisations on fundraising payments and digital solutions. Bringing insights from the Finnish market back to our team. The position is 2–3 days per week, with flexibility in how the working week is organised. Some travel in Finland and occasional trips to Copenhagen should be expected. Who we are looking for You know the Finnish non-profit and fundraising sector and enjoy building relationships. Ideally, you: Have experience from fundraising, a non-profit organisation, preferably with private donor fundraising. It is an advantage if you have experience with marketing, communication or campaign planning. Experience with sales is also an advantage, but it is not a requirement. Have a good network in the Finnish non-profit sector. Enjoy sales and creating new opportunities. As we build software, you should be comfortable with using and advising on software. Are comfortable working independently and with digital solutions. Speak Finnish fluently and are comfortable working in English. What we offer You will have an important role in building OnlineFundraising’s presence in Finland and plenty of freedom to shape how we develop the market. You will be supported by an experienced team in Copenhagen within sales, fundraising, payments, product and technology. The role will most likely be home-based in Finland. About the role As Country Manager, you will become a central part of OnlineFundraising’s sales and communication team. Your main focus will be Sweden, but the role will also include work with organisations in other Nordic countries. You will work in close dialogue with our Danish office and play an important role in building our presence and relationships across the Nordics. The role includes consulting, sales, communication and market development. As this is a newly created role we will shape it together with the right person. This means that you will have a real influence on your tasks, priorities and ways of working. Some travel activity should be expected, especially in Sweden, Denmark and the rest of the Nordic region. Who we are looking for We are looking for a person with at least 3 years of experience from a non-profit organisation , preferably with private donor fundraising. You understand how fundraising works in practice, and you have a good understanding of donor behaviour, campaigns and the daily reality of non-profit organisations. It is an advantage if you have experience with marketing, communication or campaign planning. Experience with sales is also an advantage, but it is not a requirement. As we build software, you should be comfortable with using and advising on software. Most importantly, you are curious, good at building relationships and motivated by helping organisations work smarter with fundraising. Integrere test i CI/CD-pipelines og sikre hurtig feedback i udviklingsprocessen. Planlægge og gennemføre integrations-, E2E- og performance-tests. Analyser fejl ved hjælp af logs, tracing og testresultater i samarbejde med udviklingsteamet. Bidrage til stabile testmiljøer, testdata og løbende forbedring af testautomatiseringen. Være med til at sikre høj kvalitet i leverancer til samfundskritiske løsninger. Vi forestiller os, at du Certificering i ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, eller lignende. Har erfaring med testautomatisering i moderne udviklingsmiljøer. Har arbejdet med API-test, integrationstest og CI/CD. Kan analysere fejl ved hjælp af logs og testresultater. Har interesse for performance, kvalitet og stabile softwareleverancer. Trives i et agilt udviklingsteam og samarbejder tæt med udviklere og DevOps Engineers. Motiveres af at arbejde med løsninger, hvor kvaliteten har stor betydning for brugerne. Behersker dansk i skrift og tale på et professionelt niveau, da samarbejde, dokumentation og dialog med kunder foregår på dansk.
