Join us in solving Circularity for the Wind Industry! By 2050, half of Europe’s energy is expected to come from wind to meet climate goals, and many of today’s wind farms are already reaching the end of their 20-30 year lifespan. At ReWind, we are on a mission to build a fully circular future for Renewable Energy and are building the software that energy companies need to enable this reality. We empower the developers and owners of renewable projects to optimise their aging assets and manage decommissioning, repowering, and the obligations and costs around both. Our mission is to accelerate wind energy renewal and ensure no components end up in landfill. ReWind began as an internal project in DNV (Det Norske Veritas) and has spun out into an independent, fast-growing start-up, launching our first product in 2023; our clients include leading asset owners and utilities around the world. Read more at: https://www.rewind-energy.com/ Short Description of the Role Our market is a defined universe of named companies, and winning comes down to knowing exactly which of them to talk to this week and why. You will build and run the engine that answers that question: tier the account list, run the data analysis on public signals of demand, automate that analysis, and put ranked target lists with reasons into HubSpot every week. You also keep the CRM clean and produce forecasts management can put in front of a board. The strategy exists and is owned by the Head of Commercial, you will make it run, and you will help to shape it. You will be measured on • Whether sellers work from your lists, and what converts from them. • How much recurring manual work you have automated. • CRM data quality and forecast accuracy. You need • 2-5 years in revenue operations, sales ops or commercial data work, with CRM administration (HubSpot preferred). • Strong data analysis and structured-data skills, and an automation habit. Build with code, low-code or AI tools. • Strong commercial judgement, you will check your own work against whether it helps someone sell. You do not need • Wind knowledge on day one, or ambitions to redesign our go-to-market. If you want a strategy seat immediately, this is the wrong position. What you get • Ownership of the account-intelligence engine. The opportunity to build on an already rapidly scaling foundation, you will review, overhaul and build them into a system that keeps evolving with the business. • Visible revenue impact, a seat next to the Head of Commercial, and one of the fastest-growing skillsets in B2B software, data analytics and GTM automation, applied to a market with a real tailwind. • Competitive salary for an early-phase startup, with generous stock options. • Pension and parental leave benefits, and room to grow with the company. Place of work Based in Torggata, central Oslo, Norway or in Dublin, Ireland with the first 2-3 months on site in Oslo. Travel to clients and conferences 1-5 times a year, 1-2 days at a time. Practicalities Fluent English required; CV in English, please. Probation period will apply, expectations are written into the contract. This process is GDPR compliant and personal data is deleted once it completes. We look forward to your application.

The sale is technical and consultative: engineering teams will define the problem for you , but the finance team will sign the contracts, and you will need to hold both conversations credibly. Some pipeline comes from the team but you will also be expected to source your own in order to achieve quota. After the win, you grow the account with our account manager. You need • 3+ years closing B2B software or technical solutions. • Energy is the ideal background; adjacent technical B2B works if you can prove you sold substance to multiple stakeholders. • Evidence of self-sourced deals, and comfort selling to engineers and CFOs in the same week. • Second languages help: German, French, Spanish, Italian. What you get • Full-cycle ownership of an open, growing territory, and enterprise relationships built on a product with technical substance. • A commercial team designed to keep you selling, with account intelligence and qualified support behind you. • Competitive salary for an early-phase startup, with generous stock options. • Pension and parental leave benefits, and room to grow with the company.
