WHAT WE OFFER Are you creative, passionate about design, and ready to put your skills to the test in real-world projects? Our internship offers hands-on experience, working alongside our team to design products and improve user experiences for our customers. At Redmind, you'll gain practical knowledge in UX/UI design, learn how to collaborate in an agile environment, and contribute directly to products used by companies. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You’ll be working on real-life design challenges with our team, so we’re looking for motivated and creative individuals with a passion for UX/UI design. We work quickly and collaboratively with startups and founders, so you’ll need to be enthusiastic about design innovation and eager to work with new ideas and tools. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and customers, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business goals. We’re looking for curious designers who are always thinking of new ways to improve user experiences. Language requirements - you must be proficient in both Swedish and English. Our internship offers hands-on experience, working alongside our developers on projects with our customers.  At Redmind, you'll gain practical knowledge in both back-end and front-end programming technologies, learn how to collaborate in an agile development team, and deliver working software directly to companies. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR  You'll be working with our customers, solving problems together with our developers. Therefore, we're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and innovate. We move quickly and learn fast, collaborating directly with passionate founders and teams. Enthusiasm for technology and innovation is crucial as we explore new ideas and tools constantly. Our tech stack includes: - Typescript - React / React Native - Node.js - MongoDB - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Firebase If you have experience or interest in AI/Machine Learning, we'd love to hear from you too! A strong commitment to teamwork is essential.  Language requirements - you must be proficient in both Swedish and English.
