Lead six of Sweden's sharpest HR experts. Decide what Swedish employers read about HR and labour law. Improve ways of working with AI. Work close to our product managers and developers to build the best HR System ever created. YOUR MISSION Every day, HR and payroll managers across Sweden hit a question they can't answer alone. A dismissal that has to hold up. A sick-leave case that keeps changing shape. A reorganisation that has to be done right. They turn to Simployer Expert, our knowledge service for Swedish labour law, payroll and HR. Some search for the answer themselves. Some ask Sia, our AI assistant, which answers from articles our own experts have written. And when the question is too risky, if they need a second opinion or a sanity check before pressing send, they can contact a named HR Expert by phone or message. Our customers are never left alone. Behind all sits a team of six experts in Stockholm and Gothenburg. You will lead them. The work has four parts, and they feed each other. You lead the team, the 1:1s, the development, the difficult conversations. You own the Swedish content plan, which means deciding what gets written and why, based on what customers actually ask and search for. And because that same content is what our AI Sia answers from, your editorial calls are product calls: when the AI gets something wrong, your experts fix the source it learned from. You will improve the experts ways of working by finding new ways of using AI to increase customer value and boost productivity. You'll sit close to the people building the product. Not as a stakeholder receiving a roadmap, but in the room where it gets prioritized, testing what we ship and saying plainly when it doesn't work for a Swedish customer. The product managers decide. You're one of the voices they listen to hardest. And you'll be our face in Swedish HR: on stage, in the panel, writing under your own name, in the rooms where the industry actually meets. YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF.. * You've led people before, ideally specialists who know their subject better than you do, and expect their manager to earn the room * You've held a team together through real conflict and come out with the relationships intact * You read the numbers on your own business, churn, usage, retention, and turn them into priorities rather than reports * You're as curious about the commercial side as the professional one * You already use AI in your own work, and you have a view on what it is doing to knowledge professions * You'd rather be visible than comfortable - this role is meant to be seen * You work independently WHAT YOU BRING: Documented experience managing people. You do not need to be an employment-law expert yourself, that's what the six advisors are, and they're among the best in Sweden. What you need is enough general HR knowledge to understand what they do and why it matters to a customer, and a real feel for the Swedish HR market: what employers are wrestling with right now, where the field is heading, and who's driving the conversation. Based in Stockholm, in the office every week, and in Gothenburg regularly. Comfortable in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a bonus. MESSAGE FROM THE HIRING MANAGER: "I took over Knowledge in April, and the thing that struck me first was how good these experts are, and how little the market knows it. My honest pitch: You're coming in to give six very capable people a leader who's actually present, a plan that starts from what Swedish customers ask for, and a louder voice in a market that should already know our names. Come and make that happen." Niclas Giertz Knowledge Director WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU!
OWN THE NUMBERS. COACH THE TEAM. RAISE THE BAR. Being a sales leader means making good deals happen on repeat. Coaching the team with clear standards, owning the pipeline alongside them, and turning strong months into predictable quarters. Simployer is a Nordic market leader in HR tech, helping organisations take better care of their people and stay on top of everything that comes with being an employer. We’re building an AI-first company, and our Swedish sales team is in the middle of a real commercial shift: new energy, a stronger performance culture and deals closing faster than before. Now we want to build on that momentum. Now we’re looking for someone who gets energised by questions like: * What does a high-performance sales culture look like when it’s built on trust, not control? * How do we make the pipeline predictable? * What would it take for AI to change how we sell, not just how we write emails? As our Sales Manager for Sweden, you’ll lead the Swedish Account Executive team day to day and turn our commercial strategy into consistent, predictable results. YOUR MISSION Make performance predictable. You’ll build the rhythm that keeps the team sharp: strong pipeline coverage, clear next steps, reliable forecasts and a CRM everyone trusts. You’ll be close enough to the deals to jump into a customer meeting and help move it forward, but your real impact comes from making every AE better at discovery, qualification, stakeholder management and building a business case. Build a team that grows. Our team is a mix of experienced sellers and newer, high-drive profiles, and you’ll help both get better. You’ll ramp new hires faster, give honest feedback, and set expectations that are high and fair at the same time. Keep the engine running. You’ll work closely with our Sales Director and CRO, owning daily sales operations so leadership can focus on strategic customers and commercial development. YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF… * You’ve led B2B SaaS sales teams through complex sales, multiple stakeholders and C-level buyers, and you have the results to show for it. * You coach in a structured way and can point to sellers who got better because of you. * You treat pipeline and forecasting as a discipline. * You’re direct and kind at the same time. You can have the hard conversation and still keep the trust. * You’re curious and data-driven, and you’ve already used AI to change how a team sells. * You get energy from building and improving, and you’d rather take ownership than wait for a plan. WHAT YOU BRING We are not big on long checklists, and if the mission resonates with you we would love to hear from you. That said, there are a couple of things you will need to succeed in this role: a track record of strong sales results, experience leading a B2B sales team, and fluency in Swedish and English. The role is based in Stockholm, with a hybrid setup. A MESSAGE FROM THE HIRING MANAGER “We’re building something exciting in Sweden, and I’m looking for someone who wants to be part of shaping it. I believe great sales teams are built through clear expectations, genuine trust, strong coaching and a shared ambition to continuously improve. Performance matters, but so does how we achieve it. As Sales Manager, you’ll have real ownership, the freedom to challenge how we work, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both our people and our results. I’m not looking for someone to simply manage a team or report on numbers. I’m looking for a partner who leads from the front, develops people and turns ambition into consistent execution. If you enjoy building high-performing teams, challenging the status quo and celebrating wins together, I’d love to meet you.” - Christopher Robin Nordmo Sales Director Sweden | Simployer WE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU!
About the role As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll own how our teams build, ship and run software. You’ll shape the platform, pipelines and infrastructure that let teams deliver quickly and safely, and you’ll make sure our services stay reliable, observable and secure in production. You’ll work in an autonomous setup where you’re trusted to set direction, not just keep the lights on. What you’ll do Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that let teams release frequently and with confidence. Manage cloud infrastructure as code, keeping environments consistent, reproducible and easy to change. Run and improve our container and orchestration platform, including scaling, upgrades and cost efficiency. Build observability into everything we run, from logging and metrics to tracing and alerting, so problems are found before customers notice them. Take part in incident response, lead blameless post-mortems, and turn the learnings into lasting improvements. Embed security into the delivery chain, including secrets management, access control, dependency scanning and compliance requirements. Investigate tooling and platform alternatives, make decisions, and document and justify them on your own initiative. Support and enable development teams so they can own their services in production. What we’re looking for Recent, hands-on experience running production workloads on a major cloud platform such as Azure or AWS. Solid experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Bicep or similar). Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar). Practical experience with containers and orchestration, preferably Kubernetes. Experience setting up monitoring, alerting and observability tooling. A security-minded approach to infrastructure and delivery. A track record of improving how teams work by automating, simplifying and removing friction. Evidence that you learn new technology on your own and apply it in real work. Comfort taking ownership in an autonomous team and setting technical direction.
