POSITION OVERVIEW Tiger of Sweden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store on Södergatan in Malmö. As Assistant Store Manager, you are passionate about retail craftsmanship, fashion and great service, and you thrive in a premium, sales-oriented environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the store's daily operations and commercial success. You will inspire colleagues and customers by being a role model on the floor and creating an in-store experience above expectations every day. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily operations, including planning based on sales, stock, cost-efficiency, campaigns and staffing. * Ensure the store is efficiently scheduled and staffed with the right competence every day. * Ensure product presentation and Visual Merchandising guidelines are correctly executed. * Drive the commercial success of the store by working towards KPIs. * Follow up on sales figures and identify ways to maximize results. * Lead all store employees, including recruitment, onboarding, motivation and coaching. * Support the individual development of each team member. * Be a visible leader on the floor, delivering the highest level of customer service. * Act as an ambassador for Tiger of Sweden every day, in line with the Brand Guidelines. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS * At least 3 years of sales experience within fashion retail. * Strong people management skills, with experience developing and motivating teams. * Proven ability to drive a team towards daily sales targets and company goals. * Strong focus on exceptional customer service. * Business-minded, ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for sales. * Able to work under pressure and handle competing priorities. * Team player who communicates honestly, directly and clearly. * Fluent in English. Additional languages are a merit. * Experience with suiting and tailoring is a plus but not required. The position is based in our store on Södergatan in Malmö and is a full-time position. The Product Development & Fabric Assistant supports the creation of Tiger of Sweden products from development through to bulk, working closely with the Product Development and Raw Material team to bring the creative vision to life in a commercially and sustainably responsible way. The role includes, but is not limited to: Sample & Quality Support · Conduct garment wash tests and in-house quality control tests. · Maintain and organise the sample archive. · Coordinate and manage DHL shipments. PLM & Administration · Maintain PLM updates. · Inputting and maintaining all data in systems and charts, ensuring 100% accuracy. Fabric · Tracking and organizing both incoming trials, lab dips, and approvals and outgoing developments and standards. · Assisting with checking of sample and bulk fabrics and communicating comments to external partners. · Organizing and maintaining the fabric library. About you: As a highly organized and collaborative team player, you will help ensure product and raw material processes run smoothly, with accurate information, strong attention to detail and a clear focus on timelines and business needs. You are passionate about product and have a good understanding of the end-to-end product development process, with knowledge of fabrics, trims, costing or production being an advantage. * You have at least 1 year of experience working with textiles and/or fashion. * You thrive in a dynamic working environment and handle competing priorities. * You are a team player who values good relationships and communicate honestly, directly, and clearly with employees, managers, and colleagues. * You are an accustomed user of Microsoft Office and adapt to new systems easily. * You are fluent in English.
