Tradera is a purpose-driven company with a belief that consumption has a large impact on our planet. We're determined to use what we control (our business, our voice, our creativity and our platform) to do something about it. At Tradera, we're on a mission to "Drive the Transition to Sustainable Shopping" by shifting the way people consume and resell preloved goods. We're now looking for a Product Owner to lead two of our teams: Buying, which shapes the buying journey across tradera.com and our iOS and Android apps, and Data/AI, which builds Tradera's own AI models. This is a fixed-term employment contract (Sw. särskild visstidsanställning) running from February 2027 to January 2028. We work with a hybrid policy and we'd like you to be at our Stockholm office at least 2-3 days a week. About the Role The Buying team's mission is to make buying second-hand as seamless and enjoyable as buying new. The Data/AI team builds AI that makes a difference wherever it can, for our users and internally. Today that includes search, recommendations and making it easier to list items on Tradera. The team works closely with Buying and the rest of the product organization. As Product Owner, you'll work closely with our CPO and have a central role in the organization, collaborating with stakeholders across the company. We care a lot about getting things done. In this role, success is about what the team ships together and the difference it makes for our users. You'll be team lead and people manager for 7 people across both teams. You'll help them grow, build good collaboration and keep the teams focused on what matters most. Priorities can change quickly here, so you're comfortable adapting and helping the team keep its focus. What You'll Do * Shape features and improvements that make second-hand shopping as simple and enjoyable as buying new. * Set direction for the Data/AI team across every area where AI can make a difference, both for our users and internally at Tradera. * Prioritize the backlogs for both teams, balancing user feedback, bug fixes, AI initiatives and new features. * Plan and ship updates across web, apps and our AI/data platform together with the teams. * Work closely with developers, UX/design, analysts, marketing and other product teams. * Support and develop the people in your teams through feedback, coaching and regular 1:1s. Who Are You? You like getting things done and get your energy from seeing a team succeed together. You're curious about what AI can do for a product. We think you have: * Experience leading a team, as a people manager or in another leading role. * Experience prioritizing work based on user needs and business impact. * Experience working with developers and other teams. * Fluency in both Swedish and English. Experience with data, ML or AI products is a plus, but not a requirement. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care more about how you work and what you can bring to the team than about matching a list. Why Join Tradera? At Tradera, you'll work on meaningful projects that contribute to sustainable shopping, together with a talented team. You'll play a key role in making second-hand the easy and enjoyable choice, and in shaping how AI helps people find, buy and sell preloved goods. Come and join us. Don't be square, get circular!
