Vinjekroa er en tradisjonell norsk veikro som serverer hjemmelaget mat, klassiske norske retter og populære favoritter som burgere og pizza. Vi tar også imot selskaper, arrangementer og større grupper.   Som restaurantmedarbeider vil du ha en variert arbeidshverdag og være en viktig del av gjesteopplevelsen. Arbeidsoppgaver​ • Ta imot og følge opp gjester • Servering av mat og drikke • Ta imot bestillinger og håndtere betaling • Rydde og klargjøre bord • Holde restaurantområdet rent og ryddig • Bidra ved selskaper og arrangementer • Samarbeide med kjøkkenet og resten av teamet • Andre praktiske oppgaver knyttet til den daglige driften Vi ser etter deg som​ • Er positiv, pålitelig og serviceinnstilt • Trives med å møte mennesker • Jobber effektivt og beholder oversikten når det er travelt • Er fleksibel og villig til å hjelpe til der det trengs • Kan jobbe både selvstendig og sammen med andre • Kan kommunisere på norsk/skandinavisk eller engelsk Erfaring fra restaurant, kafé, hotell eller kundeservice er en fordel, men ikke nødvendigvis et krav. Chef – Vinjekroa, Vinje, Telemark​ Would you like to work as a chef surrounded by beautiful Norwegian nature? Vinjekroa is looking for a reliable and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team in Åmot, Vinje.   Vinjekroa is a traditional Norwegian roadside restaurant located in the heart of Telemark, close to Hardangervidda. Recently renovated and under new ownership, the restaurant combines traditional Norwegian hospitality with good, homemade food. Our menu includes classic Norwegian dishes as well as burgers, pizza and other popular dishes. We also host events and private functions.   We are looking for a chef who enjoys working in a varied kitchen and takes pride in serving good, consistent food. Your responsibilities​ • Preparing and cooking dishes from our menu • Preparing traditional Norwegian dishes as well as burgers, pizza and other dishes • Ensuring consistent quality and presentation • Following food safety and hygiene procedures • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and efficient • Preparing ingredients and managing mise en place • Working closely with the rest of the kitchen and restaurant team • Contributing to smooth daily kitchen operations • Assisting with food preparation for events and larger functions when required We are looking for someone who​ • Has previous experience working as a chef or cook • Is comfortable working independently when required • Works efficiently and stays organised during busy periods • Is reliable, flexible and takes responsibility • Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team • Understands the importance of hygiene, quality and consistency • Can communicate in English or a Scandinavian language Experience with Norwegian or Scandinavian cuisine is an advantage.
