About the role Do you want to be one of the first engineers behind the next big SaaS company in ecommerce? We’re building a platform that will change how ecommerce brands acquire customers, making customer acquisition far more efficient than anything on the market today. You’ll join before the product launches and build it from the ground up. You’ll work side by side with the founders, own key technical decisions and lay the foundation our engineering team will grow on. What you build will be used by brands around the world, because we’re building for global markets from day one. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership and is energised by the chance to build without layers of process in the way. Our founding team runs its own eight-figure ecommerce brand, and we see firsthand where today’s tools fall short. Now we’re building the software we always wished we had. What you bring Several years of hands-on software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or fast-moving product team A track record of designing and shipping products or major systems largely on your own You work AI-native: you use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor or similar daily to ship faster without lowering the quality bar Strong full-stack skills and experience building reliable, data-intensive systems. We build with TypeScript and Node.js; experience with them is a plus, but strong engineers from any modern stack are welcome Familiarity with advertising APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok) is a strong plus Genuine interest in building SaaS products and in how great software drives real results for its customers Why join us Founder-funded, so we can stay focused on the product without outside pressure Direct influence on the product, the tech stack and the team culture Work closely with founders who know the problem from the inside What we offer This is a permanent, full-time role at the very start of the company. You’ll join before the product launches, which means the architecture, the tooling and the way we build software will carry your fingerprints for years to come. You’ll work directly with the founders, with short decision paths and no layers of management between an idea and production. We use AI throughout how we work, and we expect it to keep changing how software gets built, so you’ll have room to try new tools and ways of working. Salary: €5,000–€9,000 per month, based on experience Employment type: Permanent, full-time Location: Helsinki, on-site Start date: Immediately or as soon as possible, by agreement We review applications on a rolling basis and start interviews as soon as we find strong candidates.
