We are looking for a Housekeeping hero to join our team. We are searching for an open, flexible and vibrant person that has an eye for details. Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept: You will be reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager and you are mainly responsible for the cleaning of the hotel and student rooms. In addition, you will also be responsible of the cleanliness of the hotels’ shared kitchens and public areas. As a Housekeeping employee, you should be flexible in your daily routine as The Social Hub is an ever-changing vibrant hotel. Your job is to ensure excellent cleanliness and spot on rooms. You should be used to a flexible working routine and have great communication skills. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.  What You’ll Do * Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the guest, student rooms, and other necessary areas * Clean the bed and bathrooms, including making the beds and change linen as needed * Follow the health and safety measures at all times * Ensure the hotel and student rooms are properly set up according to TSH procedures * Clean public areas of the hotel - inside and outside, such as: hotel rooms, kitchens, hallways, rooms, elevators, and outside area; you name it! * Performing extra (deep) cleaning tasks Who You Are * You have 1 year of work experience in the Housekeeping field * You have good communication skills with ability to speak basic English. Other languages? Estamos buscando Housekeeping attendant para unirse a nuestro equipo. Apoyarás al equipo de limpieza con tareas generales de limpieza de zonas comunes y de habitaciones, mantendrás las áreas de almacenamiento organizadas y ayudarás con las peticiones de los huéspedes. Un/a housekeeping attendant exitoso debe ser confianza, organizado, confiable y apasionado por la creación de espacios ordenados con una gran actitud. * Limpieza de habitaciones, zonas comunes en base a los estándares marcados por la empresa * Limpieza de exteriores: jardines, piscinas, escaleras.. * Eliminación de residuos y basura de forma adecuada y siguiendo los procedimientos de calidad establecidos por la compañía * Controlar el stock de productos y material necesarios para llevar a cabo su trabajo * Coordinar con el departamento de mantenimiento los repasos de habitaciones para detectar posibles reparaciones antes de la llegada del cliente * Reposición de minibar en las habitaciones * Reposición y gestión correcta de los amenities * Mantener las habitaciones limpias y ordenadas respetando la intimidad y pertenencias de los huéspedes. ¿Qué buscamos en un/a housekeeping attendant?.. El/La persona seleccionado/a para Soho Farmhouse Ibiza tendrá idealmente hasta 2 años de experiencia en limpieza de habitaciones y zonas comunes de alto perfil y un instinto natural para el servicio de primera clase. A successful Housekeeping Supervisor for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * 2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior attendant role, ideally within luxury hospitality or private clubs  * Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, guest service, and back-of-house procedures  * Experience leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment  * Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills  * Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving  * Working knowledge of housekeeping systems or software is a plus
