💼 What does the role involve?
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to run your own "mini business" within our company:
- You’ll connect with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, and build strong, long-term relationships.
- You’ll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process — from the first call to the signed deal.
- You’ll be responsible for the full sales & recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and deal negotiation.

😊 Who we’re looking for:
- You’re ambitious, motivated, and want to grow in a performance-driven environment
- You enjoy talking to people and building relationships
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus (especially fast-paced environments)
- You are fluent (C1/C2) in either German and English or Dutch and English ideally, alternatively you
have at least 1 year of full time B2B sales or recruitment experience
