We are currently looking for experienced Beef Cutters to join Fatland in Norway for an afternoon/night shift position.
Full-time jobs starting in August.
💰 What we offer
- Competitive salary: 320-470 NOK/hour (gross)
Base pay + Performance bonus/Akkord + Night shift bonus +30 NOK/hour from 18:00 onwards
All tools and materials are provided free of charge by the factory

Contract Duration: Initially until June 2027
Location: near Sandness
12% holiday pay
Subsidised accommodation workers (5000 NOK/month)
Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday only
🔧 Job tasks
Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of both beef forequarters and hindquarters.
Primal Cutting: Breaking down carcasses into high-value primal and secondary cuts.
Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules
🎯 What we are looking for
Professional experience in industrial beef deboning and cutting
Physically strong and used to manual work
Reliable and able to work in a team
Basic English is required
EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
