About the team and
position
The ADESA Special Ops (ASO) team is looking for an experienced, strategic Manager to lead a team of
functional experts focused on supporting and executing key, strategic ADESA initiatives within our auction locations across the
country. This team plays a pivotal role in driving operational success by supporting auction leadership and strengthening the
connection between field and corporate teams. As the Manager of ASO, you will lead efforts to ensure effective implementation of
major initiatives, identify and mitigate site-specific challenges, and deploy training to enable smooth adoption and sustainable
operational excellence.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish standardized processes for executing
auction-based initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers auction leaders and encourages site-level
adoption.
This position will be based remotely and will require travel at least 80%
of the time.
