How You´ll make an impact Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT service providers, and vendors. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of infrastructure, applications, and end-user IT services. Manage incidents, service requests, escalations, problem resolution, and change activities. Your background ITIL-based service management expertise, including incident, problem, and change management. Strong stakeholder, vendor, and business relationship management skills. Analytical thinking with proven problem-solving and service improvement capabilities. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences. Proficiency in ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and related IT service management tools. Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance requirements. What you will do * Support implementations end-to-end: coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and go-live support for Tandem deployments. * Be the on-the-ground partner: spend time with clinical teams to ensure workflows work in real conditions. * Troubleshoot issues quickly: triage operational vs technical issues and escalate appropriately. * Drive adoption: work with champions, track usage, and run follow-ups to ensure teams stick with Tandem. * Run structured feedback loops: capture workflow friction and relay actionable insights to Product/Engineering. * Support safety and quality checks: follow internal clinical safety processes and contribute to QA sampling/checklists where relevant. * Coordinate across teams: collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, and Partnerships to make deployments successful. In this role, you'll own the technical delivery of AI solutions: implementing OOTB products, managing project execution within scope and timeline, and ensuring every technical component meets our rigorous standards. You'll be the technical bridge between solution design and working systems, making AI transformation a reality for our customers. DEIN PROFIL * Educational Background: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in AI, automation, or enterprise software * Technical Skills: - Strong background in OOTB product implementation and configuration - Knowledge of Javascript - Experience with database management (SQL, Postgres, MongoDB), understanding how to structure and manage data efficiently for varied use cases. - Experience with AI/ML platforms, API integrations, and technical project delivery - Knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems and integration patterns - Experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs. * Problem-Solving: - You excel at breaking down complex problems and delivering clean, effective solutions. - Data driven mindset, skill in making quick, well-founded decisions by considering various options and selecting the best solution. -Capacity to generate new and effective solutions to challenging problems by thinking "outside the box" and applying creative approaches. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and delivery frameworks - Understanding of technical standards, architecture, and compliance requirements * Communication Skills: - Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical audiences. - Experience working in fast-paced, innovative environments - You’re also unafraid to ask for help when needed.
