Role Overview Strategic finance leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial strategy and planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support. This role partners closely with the CFO, senior finance, executive leadership, and the Board to deliver rigorous planning, transparent reporting, and actionable insights that support growth, decision making and ensures financial discipline as the business scales. The role The Head of Finance provides financial leadership with hands-on operational execution, ensuring strong financial control, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. While partnering with the CEO and Executive Management team to make informed decisions that maximize value creation, the Head of Finance is a partner for data driven and operational financial efficiency and planning. The position oversees financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, working capital optimization, inventory control, cost accounting, payroll oversight, and external stakeholder reporting. We are looking for someone who has the right “on paper” competences and also is personally motivated and enthusiastic for the opportunity to take the driver seat of the financial efforts in a company with big goals and potential in a growing phase. You preferably started your career in revision or similar to having the compliance foundation, and have later been working in business finance, controlling or accounting prior to entering a Senior or Managerial role.
