YOUR ROLE As Post Merger Integration & Expansion Senior Associate (m/f/d), you will drive two of Voyfai's most important growth motions: launching new Voyfai entities across Europe and running post-merger integration workstreams for the companies we acquire. Unlike traditional market entry roles focused on customer acquisition, Voyfai partners with experienced local freight forwarding entrepreneurs who bring strong commercial networks. Your job is to build the operational foundation that lets them succeed. You will work closely with our PMI and Expansion Senior Manager, who sets the strategy and playbook, and with central teams across product, engineering, finance and operations. Success in six months looks like launches and integration workstreams delivered on time, stakeholders well managed, and a playbook that is measurably better because of you.
