We are looking for a builder, not just a manager. As the Team Lead for Business Development based in Berlin, you will hold a dual
mandate: Coach the talent and Engineer the GTM strategy.
You will lead the team responsible for the DACH, CEE, and Nordics regions, markets that require distinct strategies and precision.
We are moving beyond standard "SDR" motions. We need a leader who can analyze signal patterns, partner with RevOps to automate
workflows, and provide our Heads of Sales with predictive insights on which verticals will trend next.

The Team The Enterprise Business Representative team at Adyen is the frontline of the commercial engine—responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, shaping early conversations, and strategically supporting pipeline generation in partnership with our global sales, marketing, and partnership teams. This is not your typical BDR role. At Adyen, we’re evolving what Sales Development looks like: Our BDRs operate at the intersection of strategy and execution with a focus on strategic campaign orchestration and high-value pipeline generation across large addressable revenue merchants. The Role We’re looking for a high-potential Enterprise Business Representative (BDR) who is curious, creative, tech savvy, and excited to play a hands-on role in driving the continued growth of Adyen’s new business segment. You’ll partner with senior sellers, marketers, channel partner managers and various stakeholders to: * Strategically target accounts high-potential accounts by leveraging signal-driven insights and commercial strategy * Design and support campaigns that align to buyer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities, in tight partnership with Sales, Marketing & Partnerships. * Execute multi-channel, creative prospecting with highly tailored messaging that aligns with the merchant's challenges and business level priorities. * Collaborate closely with the commercial engine to shape strategic account plans and continuously refine outreach based on feedback and learnings * Leverage tools and AI-enabled workflows to optimize your prospecting and uncover insights that uncover and initiate early stage opportunities * Identify new business opportunities at industry events by facilitating targeted in-person prospect engagement. Reporting to the Lead Counsel Corporate Commercial & Construction, you will work closely with commercial and operational teams across the business, providing pragmatic legal advice that enables growth, manages risk, and supports critical business decisions. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys being close to the business and taking ownership of complex transactions. You will be trusted to lead contract negotiations, advise stakeholders across multiple functions, and contribute to the development of scalable legal processes in a fast-paced and evolving environment. As Stegra continues to grow, the role offers significant exposure to a broad range of commercial matters, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to help shape how legal support is delivered within a rapidly expanding international organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As a fast-growing company with cross-over functions between teams, the scope of this role will evolve, however, core responsibilities include: - Independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply, sales, logistics, and other key contracts. - Advising internal stakeholders on commercial risks, liability exposure, and contractual terms. - Collaborating with sales, procurement, business development, logistics, and other commercial teams to support business execution. - Translating complex legal issues into plain-language, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders. - Maintaining and improving standard contract templates and playbooks to streamline the contracting process. - Monitoring developments in commercial law and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Preparing summaries and reports on contract status and risks for stakeholders and management. - Delivering training and guidance to business teams on legal fundamentals, standard terms, and contract best practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Master of Laws (LL.M. or equivalent) with strong academic credentials. - 3–5 years of relevant commercial law experience, ideally combining top-tier law firm and in-house legal work. - Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full lifecycle of commercial transactions, from term sheet stage through initial drafting, negotiations, and final execution. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a commercial law context. - Effective negotiation and communication skills with a strategic, commercially-minded approach. - A collaborative team player with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional business teams. - Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Steel Sales Account Manager As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our sales team with a Sales Account Manager, strengthening our customer relations and expanding our customer base. The role operates within the Commercial team at Stegra and is accountable for customer relationships and the development of business opportunities, including commercial and contractual arrangements, across Europe for the accounts and prospects assigned to the incumbent. Together with our customers we are leading the green transition. We enter with new sustainable products into a typically commodity market that has largely been looking the same for decades. We are already influencing customer behavior and strategy through creating close partnerships with our customers. The Sales Account Manager is part of the Commercial Team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Location: This position can be based at our offices in Sweden or Netherlands - or remotely from Germany or France. Responsibilities Relationship management and contact map management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see our press releases for a listing) Prepare implementation plans with the assigned accounts for Europe and act as interface across functions ensuring a robust implementation. Set up and implement performance reviews internally & externally and implement any necessary interventions for the assigned accounts.
