About the role
We’re looking for a Visiting Sales Associate to support our sales and revenue teams as we scale Peec AI’s global customer base. In
this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team on deal execution, sales content, and CRM operations while helping improve the
systems and automations that power our revenue engine. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B SaaS sales, from outreach and
pipeline management to revenue operations and automation, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn quickly and
contribute to a fast-growing startup’s go-to-market efforts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll get to experience a little bit of everything and work directly with the founding team on high-impact projects across different parts of the business: * Support the team across Sales, Growth, Finance, Customer Success, and Product * Contribute to creating our sales playbook and identifying new revenue opportunities * Help launch new product and growth initiatives and create engaging content to support them * Help Design and improve internal processes from scratch, keeping daily operations running smoothly * Support recruiting and team growth, from coordinating hiring to helping attract top-tier talent * Jump into new challenges, learn quickly, and make things happen WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding academic performance, from a top university * Previous internship (1-2) or work experience in a startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or consulting firm. * Obsession with startups and thriving in fast-moving, unstructured environments * Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset * Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools * Hunger to learn fast, grow fast, and take ownership * Low-ego team player who’s easy to work with and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves for operational tasks BONUS POINTS * Exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations * Comfortable with tools like Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, or n8n * Strong analytical and numerical skills * Creativity and an eye for design – you can make content and decks look world-class WHAT WE OFFER * A high-impact internship with real ownership and learning opportunities at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups * Work directly with the founders and gain deep insight into how a fast-scaling startup operates * Regular team events and off-sites * Paid Meal & Uber rides when working late * The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

You enjoy visiting potential clients both without prior appointments (drop-ins) and with scheduled meetings. * Through these drop-ins and meetings, you will present TheFork’s products and services with enthusiasm and engagement. You consider 4-5 drop-ins/meetings per day an achievable goal. * TheFork’s services include table management software, features for special promotions (e.g., 30% off the bill), an online booking calendar for the restaurant’s website, and marketing solutions. * You enjoy discussing with both owners and restaurant managers to understand their needs and the features they require while highlighting the opportunities provided by TheFork Manager tool and the network of guests through TheFork. * You value structure and will follow up with the potential clients you have engaged with until the deal is closed and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites. Who you are: * C2 level of German and have a good command of English. * You are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets. * You are a foodie with a strong interest in digital, tech products, and the restaurant sector. * You are customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive and influencing skills. * You are a high-performing professional with proven sales experience, comfortable closing deals in a single call. * You have experience in business development, preferably in B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments, and are skilled in short-term negotiations. * You are dynamic, independent, and thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent organisational skills. * You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in your role. * You are proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office, with CRM software experience as a plus.
