Lead, shape and grow the business
We’re looking for a Business & Operations Lead to join Censhine.
Censhine is a technology company within the Centiro Group, building for complex, business-critical work. We develop connected
systems shaped around how organizations operate, with AI deeply integrated into the technology and human judgement firmly in the
lead.
Our first major implementation has been developed in close partnership with audit, law and advisory firm Cedra. Together, we are
building technology around the realities of their business, with the platform already supporting thousands of users across the
organization.
“We have worked with quality management for a long time and have built our own tools for quality assurance, compliance, and
information security. We saw real value in the idea of combining quality control and client engagements within the same platform.

The impact you’ll make
As Business & Operations Lead, you are responsible for driving the operational and commercial development of the business. You
work closely with customers, leadership and internal teams to ensure we achieve our goals, deliver customer value and scale
efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- You build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear
direction and opportunities for growth.
- You maintain strong, trust-based relationships and proactively identify where we can create additional value, strengthen
collaboration and support our customers’ strategic development.
- You create clarity around goals, responsibilities as well as outcomes in line with the company's ethos, culture and ways of
working.

You are an experienced leader who enjoys building businesses in dynamic environments. You combine commercial insight with
operational excellence and know how to turn direction into action.
You thrive in close collaboration with customers and colleagues, build trust naturally and communicate clearly across different
stakeholder groups.
