Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems
portfolio. This role owns delivery and ongoing product management for critical finance platforms that support close,
consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting. In the near term, you will lead two high-visibility
initiatives: the implementation of Axon’s Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform and a major RevStream upgrade. Over time,
you will operate as the product owner for assigned finance systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and ensuring
measurable business outcomes across Finance. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, IT,
Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. You own what gets delivered and why; technical teams own how it is built.

WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a technically skilled and process-oriented Panel Systems Manager to oversee and optimize the systems, workflows, and automations that support the full panelist lifecycle. In this role, you will own the organization's Panel facing CRM ecosystem, design scalable operational processes, and leverage automation and AI to improve efficiency, data quality, and the panelist experience. You'll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, support, and offboarding. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, technically proficient, and experienced in building CRM solutions, workflow automations, and operational systems in a fast-paced environment. YOUR IMPACT As an engineer on the APX SRE CloudOps team, you will spend a significant portion of your time writing code. Our team builds the Zero Touch Platform, an internal automation platform built with Golang and Temporal (a workflow orchestration engine) that eliminates manual operational toil at scale. You will develop workflows, APIs, and services that replace what previously required human intervention with reliable, tested automation. You will also participate in on-call rotations and incident response. Understanding production firsthand gives you the context to build automation that solves real problems. This role combines significant software development with standard DevOps configuration and production ownership. Location - This role is based out of our Seattle or Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
