✨ WHAT AWAITS YOU HERE: As an IT Operations Team Lead, you will take ownership of our internal technological environment. We are on a journey to make our internal IT as robust and secure as our core products, and we need a hands-on leader to help us get there. You will guide a small, dedicated team responsible for our entire internal stack—from hardware lifecycle to our suite of internal collaboration and productivity tools. Product Discovery & Prototyping Engineer

✨ WHAT AWAITS YOU HERE: As a Product Discovery & Prototyping Engineer, you will help us quickly explore, validate, and shape new product ideas across Braiins Pool, Hashpower, and related products. You will work as a close partner to the product owner, turning business ideas, user problems, requirements, and early designs into clear specifications, experiments, clickable or functional prototypes, and validated product proposals. This role combines analytical thinking, product discovery, data analysis, requirements definition, communication with design and engineering teams, and AI-assisted prototyping. Backend Rust Developer

The role is not only about writing Rust code. We are looking for an engineer who can understand how backend changes, configuration, pricing logic, data flows, and operational behavior can influence the market as a whole. You will work primarily with Rust/Tokio microservices using gRPC/Protocol Buffers, Kafka, PostgreSQL/SQLx, Consul, Vault, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD. Because the product touches market behavior, availability, user incentives, and data-driven decisions, strong seniority, analytical thinking, and ideally experience with mathematical statistics are more important than narrow specialization in one programming language.
