What you will be doing: * * Build and own marketplace performance reporting across conversion, eligibility and revenue * Partner with Product and Commercial teams to generate insights that shape marketplace strategy and decision-making. * Design and analyse experiments to improve ranking, user journeys and overall conversion. * Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities across the marketplace funnel.
