Global Category Lead – Makeup

Are you ready to shape the future of Makeup at Lumene Group? We're looking for an experienced Global Category Lead – Makeup to

drive innovation, sharpen our portfolio, and set the standard for winning launches across our brands.

You will lead the innovation agenda for Makeup, shaping the category strategy and driving the development of consumer-led

innovations from concept to launch. Working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams, you will ensure every launch delivers

against brand ambitions, consumer needs and commercial objectives. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the

Director, Portfolio & Innovation. It currently has no direct reports, but offers real influence across the organisation through

stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Define and drive the global makeup category strategy together with the Director and CMO, delivering competitive, profitable

growth in line with brand and commercial ambitions.

• Partner closely with R&D, Packaging, Design, Brand and Commercial teams to develop winning innovations, translating consumer

insights into compelling new product concepts and successful launches.
