Finland.
In this role, you will be part of our global Large Account team, developing and managing our largest accounts by building and
maintaining strong relationships with them. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met,
and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of the business relationship. If you combine professional ambition with a

What You'll Be Doing

Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities while achieving revenue targets.
Lead the complete sales process from prospecting and value-based selling through negotiation and contract signing.
Build and execute a sales strategy, manage your pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts.
Deliver a smooth customer onboarding experience and ensure a seamless handover to the Account Management team.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Analyze sales performance, continuously improve your approach, and actively invest in your professional development.

What Makes You a Great Fit
We are looking for someone who possesses a strong B2B sales foundation combined with the right cultural mindset:
- A solid B2B sales background with proven experience developing business opportunities with larger accounts, preferably within
the SaaS or technology industry.
Exceptional skills in setting the foundation to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales enablement tools.
- The ability to speak the language of business, construct data-backed ROI business cases, and present solutions to senior
executives.
- High self-drive and the natural resilience to navigate longer sales cycles, combined with a disciplined, structured approach to
pipeline management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation capabilities in Finnish and English (essential for local client relationships and
international team collaboration)
