YOUR MISSION * Build the planning arm of the company and manage work winning activities * Create, update and manage baseline and detailed schedules  * Analyse schedule performance and identify risks or delays * Leverage Primavera P6 to forecast timelines, track and manage blue-collar workforce performance * Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and trades to ensure alignment and efficient execution * Implement and monitor project control processes to maintain programme integrity * Report on progress, variances and recovery plans to senior stakeholders * Plan projects end-to-end, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and scheduling for international assignments * Prepare compelling proposals for exciting global ventures * Independently execute assigned work packages in planning, work preparation, material management, scheduling, qualification, and installation coordination YOUR PROFILE * Technical education in mechanical or plant engineering or related fields * Proven experience in schedule analysis, project control and project management * Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project  * Fluent in English, min. B2 German * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork orientation * Precise and reliable work style * Previous exposure to construction, data centre, pharmaceutical or energy projects is an advantage WHY US? Over the next 6 months, here are some ways you can make an impact: * Configure Billing Rules for Hospitals: Develop and configure billing rules tailored to specific payer types, designations, and categories to ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue cycles. * Translate Traditional RCM Workflows to Lunar: Bridge the gap between Lunar's next generation platform and traditional revenue cycle management (RCM) flows, ensuring smooth adoption and user understanding. * Training and Documentation: Create comprehensive training materials and deliver guidance to hospitals, translating complex billing and claims processes into clear and practical resources. * Claim Edits: Define and compile rules for claim edits, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Oversee the setup and testing of these rules within the system. * Quality Assurance: Perform QA for Lunar’s RCM features, ensuring that billing, claims, and posting flows are accurate, error-free, and optimized per customer configurations. * Posting and Flow Review: Review and refine posting flows for each hospital partner, ensuring seamless integration of their unique configurations into Lunar. * Accounting Software Integration: Facilitate the accurate translation from charges and claim postings to accounting software, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Your Experience: * Experience: Approximately 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with exposure to various hospital billing and RCM processes across different organizations. * RCM Implementation: Proven track record of leading or supporting successful RCM implementations, from configuring billing rules to setting up claim workflows. * Product Intuition: Deep understanding of RCM systems with the ability to intuitively navigate and optimize software for enhanced performance and usability. * Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex billing and claims challenges within dynamic environments, ensuring optimal configurations and smooth integrations. * Training & Communication: Strong skills in translating complex processes into clear, concise training materials, and communicating effectively with hospital teams at all levels. * Passion for Healthcare: Enthusiasm for improving hospital revenue management through cutting-edge software solutions that drive both operational efficiency and financial performance. Over the next 6 months, here are some ways you can make an impact: * Streamlining Clinical Workflows: Set up and configure clinical flowsheets, notes, and templates within Lunar, ensuring they meet hospital and clinician needs for effective patient care documentation and a seamless and intuitive workflow for nurses and clinicians using the system. * Order Management: Work through clinical orders to ensure accuracy and streamline processes for faster, more efficient patient care. * Developing Order Sets: Collaborate with hospital teams to create and implement comprehensive order sets that align with clinical best practices. * Checklists Creation: Design and implement checklists to improve workflow efficiency and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. * Product Expertise: Apply your clinical intuition to Lunar’s platform, helping bridge the gap between innovative technology and practical, user-friendly healthcare solutions. * Hands-on Clinical Insight: Leverage your nursing experience to create solutions that support clinicians in providing better patient care while easing the documentation burden. Your Experience: * Clinical Background: Ideally, you are a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with nursing experience, preferably in internal medicine or a hospital setting. * Hospital Experience: Strong experience in hospital environments, with a focus on internal medicine. ICU experience is a bonus, as it involves a high volume of documentation that could be useful for future projects. * Experience Level: A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with 2-3 years total experience in clinical settings. * Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work with precision, especially when configuring clinical templates and order sets that require accuracy and compliance. * Tech Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets and other collaborative tools for managing and tracking clinical documentation workflows. * Product Intuition: A natural sense for how to optimize clinical tools and processes within a digital healthcare environment, ensuring Lunar’s solutions are as effective as they are intuitive.
