👋 ABOUT ENGAGE STUDIOS

We design, innovate and build digital / physical products for the world's largest - and Sweden's smallest company. Our guiding

principle is to make a difference - for the better. Ideas are good and execution is the success factor. We are people and teams

who are not afraid to question, roll up our sleeves and laugh all the way to the finish line.

Since the start in 2009, we have worked with basically all manufacturing / developing companies in Sweden. The Volvo companies,

IKEA, H&M, Electrolux, Lynk&Co, Zeekr, Houdini to name a few. Our customers are in the traditional Swedish industry all the way to

innovative startups in Silicon Valley. They are not found in oil drilling or the military industry. We are determined to make our

presence and work known with passionate and dedicated employees who love design, tech and people.

🚀 WE OFFER

At Engage Studios, you will work in many different industries for different customers. You will work with incredibly smart and

dedicated colleagues. Together we develop products and services that you can brag about to your friends. We at Engage Studios are

always at the forefront of technology development. We develop and share knowledge with each other to get better tomorrow. With us,

you get the opportunity to realize your dreams, big and small.

You will be based at our client on the west coast of Sweden. This is a longterm assignment leading change for a global Health &

Safety technology solution.

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Business Strategy Manager / Senior Change Manager to lead change for a global Health & Safety

technology solution. You will own the global change strategy, the country-by-country roadmap, and the communication and engagement

that make adoption real — working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams.

You bring a structured, practical change-management approach (Prosci in an enterprise / multi-country environment) and know how to

move digital tools, systems, and process adoption across countries. You influence without authority in a complex international

organisation, support implementation through stabilization, and keep executives informed with clear progress updates.

What you will do:

Develop and execute the global change management strategy for a global Health & Safety technology solution
Define the change roadmap and deployment approach by country
Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
Build and support a network of local Change Champions and Ambassadors
Manage resistance and mitigation plans
Support country teams during implementation and stabilization
Monitor adoption and engagement through KPIs
Develop the global communication plan and communication materials
Ensure consistent messaging across all countries
Support awareness campaigns before, during, and after deployment
Prepare executive-level updates and progress reports
Build and execute communication and engagement plans
Develop training strategy and support rollout

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Prosci Change Management certification (or equivalent certified Prosci practitioner)
  • Relevant education in change management, communications, HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or a similar

field

  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT change in a global business context (Lead level; typically 8+ years relevant

experience)

Demonstrated experience applying Prosci methodology in an enterprise or multi-country environment
Experience managing adoption of digital tools, systems, or process changes across multiple countries or regions
Experience working with senior stakeholders, local leaders, and cross-functional teams
Experience preparing executive-level updates and progress reports
Experience building and executing communication and engagement plans for change initiatives
Experience in training strategy development and rollout support
Experience identifying change impacts, stakeholder groups, and resistance management actions

💫 YOUR PROFILE

A senior change leader with a structured and practical approach, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and

the ability to build and activate local change networks, champions, or ambassador programs. Strong analytical mindset to track

adoption, engagement, and change KPIs. You influence without authority, execute with discipline, and stay with the work through

implementation and stabilization. Experience with Health & Safety or other enterprise technology rollouts is a plus.
