Country Manager Sweden/Finland

For more than a century, we have helped industrial customers solve demanding sealing challenges. From sealing leaks while

production is running to machining on site and advising on critical applications, our people combine specialist expertise with a

close understanding of our customers’ operations.

We are now looking for a Country Manager to lead our business in Sweden and Finland. With an experienced team, established

customer relationships and a long-term owner, you will have a strong foundation to build on. Your focus will be to bring our sales

and service capabilities closer together and turn the full potential of our offering into profitable growth.

You will have overall responsibility for our operations, financial performance and profitable organic growth in Sweden and

Finland. Reporting to the CEO of Densiq Group, you will lead a management team of seven, covering sales, service, production and

quality, purchasing, marketing, leak sealing and our Finnish operations.

We serve OEM and industrial maintenance customers through a combination of sealing products, technical advice and specialist

services. Your task will be to develop existing customer relationships, win new customers and make more of our combined expertise

available to both. Strengthening collaboration across functions and countries will be central to ensuring that customers

experience us as one Densiq.

The role is based in Gothenburg, with regular travel in Sweden and Finland. Customer visits alongside the sales team and time

spent in our operations will be a natural part of your work.

You are a commercially driven leader who sets a clear direction, brings people with you and follows through. You build trust with

colleagues while being prepared to challenge established ways of working. You can prioritise in a complex business and move

comfortably between strategic leadership and hands-on involvement.

Experience of service operations, OEM business or process industry customers would be an advantage, as would experience of Finland

or other Nordic markets.

You will have broad responsibility across two countries and real influence over how we develop our business and organisation. Our

technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships provide a strong platform, with opportunities to grow through a

broader, better coordinated offering.
