We're currently looking for interns to join Polestar Design department to support the development of future Polestar products
across exterior, interior and color, material, and finish (CMF) design. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for electric
mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to be part of designing the change we know is needed.
The Design team at Polestar is a collaborative, forward-thinking group shaping the future of premium electric mobility. At
Polestar, design is at the core of everything we do. Working across disciplines, we explore innovative concepts, sustainable
materials, and progressive design solutions that define our brand. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within one

We are offering three separate internship positions within the Design team: Exterior Design, Interior Design and CMF Design.

This is a full-time, paid internship for 6 months, located in Gothenburg, Sweden, with the expectation to work primarily onsite
while benefiting from a hybrid setup when needed. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation support
for the internships.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll be expected to support the creation and development of future Polestar products, working alongside
experienced designers in a collaborative studio environment.

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have: tenacity,
flexibility, and curiosity. You should have the ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced and
evolving environment. You’re a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for automotive design and
sustainable innovation. You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to learn, contribute, and challenge conventions.
Product, Fashion, or Textile Design are also relevant – ensuring a strong design foundation and understanding of form,
function, and user experience

The opportunity We're currently looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Lead to join our PR Core Team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and shaping Polestar's corporate reputation, leading engagement with business and corporate media, and driving external communication strategies that support our business objectives. As part of the Global Marketing & Communication function, you will lead communications related to financial performance, sustainability, business strategy, and crisis management, ensuring a consistent and compelling corporate narrative across markets. You will also partner closely with Product, Design, Sustainability, Investor Relations, Legal, and regional PR teams to translate company priorities into impactful communication initiatives. This position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual focus time are important for success. The responsibilities In this role, you'll be instrumental in strengthening Polestar's reputation, supporting business goals through strategic communications, and guiding senior stakeholders through complex communication opportunities and challenges. Key responsibilities include: * Lead financial communications, including quarterly and annual reports, commercial updates, and Nasdaq-related disclosures in close collaboration with Legal and Investor Relations. * Lead crisis communications and represent the Marketing & Communications leadership team within crisis management activities. * Drive sustainability communications in partnership with Sustainability, Lifestyle PR, and Consumer PR teams. * Develop and execute corporate communication strategies that enhance Polestar's reputation and media positioning globally. * Advise senior leaders on communication strategies, media engagement, stakeholder positioning, and corporate messaging. * Monitor public perception, industry trends, and stakeholder sentiment. * Build and maintain relationships with key media, partners, and stakeholders – in Sweden and globally.
