You will become part of a team of seven forwarding professionals who work closely together, share knowledge, and support one

another. The team plays an important role in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance

with customer requirements and international trade regulations.

As a Forwarding Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating international shipments by courier,

air, sea, and road to destinations worldwide.

You will interpret shipping instructions, ensure that agreed payment and delivery terms are followed, and proactively identify and

communicate any deviations to relevant stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and the

ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially with a

6-month probationary period.

We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional who enjoys working in an international and

fast-paced environment.

You have a strong ability to follow established processes and instructions while maintaining an overview of the entire flow. You

take ownership of your responsibilities and proactively identify, communicate, and act on deviations.

As a Forwarding Specialist, you will interact with colleagues across the organization as well as customers, carriers, freight

forwarders, banks, and other international partners. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are therefore

essential.

You are comfortable working independently but also value being part of a team where knowledge-sharing and cooperation are

important.

This is a security-classified position. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undergo security clearance prior to

employment. The clearance process will take place after the candidate has been selected.
