ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will shape what the team builds, why it matters, and how work is prioritized in a complex product environment.
You will work close to customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to turn needs into a clear and valuable backlog, while making
sure everyone understands the context, goals, scope, and product domain behind each initiative.
You will also act as a key connection point across engineering, delivery, and agile roles, helping the teams move forward and
removing impediments at different levels. The role includes both hands-on product ownership and active participation in ways of
working, requirement work, and change initiatives. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining product thinking, technical

JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog together with customers and stakeholders.
- You will make sure the teams have a clear understanding of goals, scope, priorities, and expected customer value.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, and scrum leadership to create alignment across teams.
- You will help solve problems and remove impediments on team, customer, delivery, and company level.
- You will communicate progress regularly and adapt priorities when needed.
- You will take part in requirement work and help drive improvements in ways of working within your area.
- You will support architectural and technical discussions related to integration solutions and service development.
- You will guide backlog decisions in environments involving heterogeneous systems, legacy platforms, cloud services, and
third-party applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, or in a similar role, in high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale services, with a good understanding of development, processes, and operations.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and support teams in delivering value.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts and ideas to customers and stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort facilitating and participating in architectural and technical discussions.
- Ability to influence decision-making across different levels of an organization and in different contexts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of software development processes and principles, including Agile and DevOps.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience overseeing API adaptor development connecting heterogeneous systems, including legacy platforms, cloud
services, and third-party applications.
- Strong technical product ownership skills, including defining and prioritizing backlogs with understanding of REST, SOAP, and
event-driven architectures such as Kafka and MQTT.
- Experience working in complex, multi-team, microservice-based environments with security, compliance, and scalability
requirements.
