We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Manager for a temporary assignment to lead our Gothenburg-based

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who can quickly take ownership, create stability and drive performance

while supporting the site through an important phase of transformation and development.

As Manager production, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of CSSP and lead a dedicated production team,

including team leaders to every day success.

You will play a key role in ensuring stable production performance while strengthening ways of working, developing the

fast-paced production environment.

You are a leader who is visible in the operation, understands the importance of people and performance, and knows how to turn

plans into action.

You know how to balance operational priorities with long-term development. You are comfortable being close to the production

floor, solving problems together with your team and following through on agreed actions.

Most importantly, you know that sustainable production performance starts with engaged people, clear expectations and strong ways

of working.

If you are ready to take on a temporary leadership assignment and help CSSP strengthen its production capabilities and continue

its transformation, we would love to hear from you.
