Business Partner for our Logistics Nordic Business Unit, with the opportunity to influence leadership decisions, drive strategic
HR initiatives, and ensure our People priorities support the business strategy.
Logistics Nordics spans all Nordic countries and Baltics and has more than 1,000 employees across a wide range of logistics
activities, including warehousing, cross-docking, trailer transports and shipping logistics.
The position is based in Gothenburg, with some travel, primarily within Northern Europe.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to the Head of the Business Unit and senior
leaders across Logistics Nordics.
As a member of the BU leadership team, you will translate business strategy into actionable people priorities and drive strategic
initiatives within areas such as organizational design, change management, and acquisitions. You will work closely with senior
leaders across the business as well as the Nordic & Baltic HR Service Delivery team.
You will report directly to the VP and Head of HR Business Partnering Logistics.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize core People processes, including performance management, salary review, talent and succession planning, and
engagement
