Senior Platform Developer to help us take the next step.

YOU’LL JOIN AT AN IMPORTANT POINT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOXWAY DIGITAL PLATFORM (FDP) – ONE OF OUR KEY CUSTOMER-FACING

PLATFORMS.

We’re moving towards stronger internal ownership of our platforms and development capability. That means bringing more technical

knowledge, continuing to build new capabilities and creating a development setup that can scale with us.

This is a hands-on senior development role. You’ll spend a significant part of your time building and solving technical problems,

while also taking ownership of more complex work, supporting technical decisions and helping less experienced developers grow.

The role can be based from our offices in Sweden offices such as in Solna, Göteborg, Växjö, or in Tartu, Estonia with a strong

focus on in-person collaboration of 4 days in the office per week.

• Experience from Microsoft/.NET environments, broader full-stack development, mentoring other developers or working with

AI-supported development tools is a plus.

• Swedish is also an advantage, particularly as some of our platforms interact closely with Swedish customers, but it is not a

requirement.

You enjoy building things and figuring things out. You’re senior enough to take ownership without needing every step defined for

you, but still hands-on enough to jump into the code and get things done.

You bring a pragmatic, positive approach to technical challenges and are comfortable working in an environment that is evolving.

You share knowledge naturally, collaborate well with different kinds of people and enjoy helping create structure where it is

needed.

You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room. What matters is that you’re curious, constructive and ready to move things

forward.
