Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and implementation guidelines.
Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Apply systems-thinking principles to design cohesive user experiences across complex customer journeys.
Lead design activities and provide guidance to other designers within the team.
Drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

Portfolio showcasing digital product design, interaction frameworks, and complex UX problem-solving.
Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary product development teams.

What We Offer:

A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies
The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package
