As a Senior Management Consultant, you will join our consulting team with a clear mandate: build strong client partnerships and

position Novicell as a trusted advisor for ambitious B2C and B2B brands in Denmark and beyond. From day one, you will be

responsible for shaping strategies, driving growth, and delivering impact.

• Structuring and facilitating strategic processes for large-scale digital projects - from initial discovery to project

governance and delivery models.

You are commercially minded, strategically sharp, and digitally fluent. With a natural drive and a can-do mindset, you thrive on

solving complex challenges, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Ideally, you bring experience from management

consulting, internal consulting or digital advisory, with a proven track record of advising senior stakeholders.
