JOIN ATNORTH AND SHAPE THE FUTURE OF SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

atNorth is a leading Nordic data center company providing cost-effective, scalable high-density colocation and built-to-suit

services to industry-leading organizations across Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.

With sustainability at our core, our data centers run on renewable energy and are designed according to circular economy

principles. Through innovative design, power efficiency, and intelligent operations, we deliver reliable, secure, and

high-performance infrastructure.

As we continue to expand our Nordic platform and invest heavily in new sites, financing initiatives, and growth opportunities, tax

has become an increasingly important strategic function. To support this journey, we are looking for a Tax Manager to join our

Finance team.

THE ROLE

This role sits at the intersection of tax, finance, corporate development, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible

for shaping atNorth's tax strategy, overseeing transfer pricing and international tax matters, and providing commercial tax

support across investments, financing, business expansion, and corporate transactions.

Reporting to the Director of Funding & Treasury, you will work closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, Development, and senior

leadership while acting as the Group's tax subject matter expert.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TAX STRATEGY & BUSINESS PARTNERING

Develop and maintain the Group's tax strategy, governance framework, and policies.
Advise management on tax implications related to investments, financing, restructurings, and expansion initiatives.
Evaluate tax risks and opportunities in support of business growth and strategic decision-making.
Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on the business.

TRANSFER PRICING & INTERNATIONAL TAX

Own and develop the Group's transfer pricing framework and documentation.
Design and oversee intercompany service, financing, and cost allocation arrangements.
Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
Support transfer pricing reviews, benchmarking studies, and tax authority enquiries.

TAX COMPLIANCE & REPORTING

Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance activities across the Group.
Coordinate tax filings, reporting requirements, and tax payments in multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with Group Accounting on tax provisions, deferred tax, and IFRS disclosures.
Support implementation of evolving international tax requirements including Pillar Two where applicable.

TRANSACTIONS & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Support acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and new market entry initiatives.
Review legal entity structures, financing arrangements, and operating models from a tax perspective.
Manage relationships with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
Contribute to scalable processes and controls that support future growth.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a commercially minded tax professional who combines strong technical expertise with sound business judgment. You enjoy

working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and solving complex international tax challenges in a fast-growing

environment.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
+7 years of experience within Corporate Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, or Tax Advisory.
Experience from a multinational company, Big Four, or other professional services environment.
Strong understanding of international tax and cross-border transactions.
Experience with transfer pricing frameworks and documentation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex tax matters into practical business recommendations.
Professional proficiency in English. A Nordic language is considered an advantage.

Professional qualifications such as CTA, CPA, Chartered Accountant, or similar are considered beneficial but are not required.

WHY ATNORTH?

This is an opportunity to build and influence the tax agenda of one of the Nordic region's fastest-growing infrastructure

companies. You will play a key role in supporting major investments, financing activities, and international expansion while

working in a collaborative, ambitious, and highly international environment.

At atNorth, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of sustainable digital infrastructure while helping

shape the frameworks that support long-term value creation across the business.
