YOUR PROFILE Jung von Matt IMPACT is looking for a Digital Media Consultant & Planner (d/f/m) About you * Strong understanding of digital media channels (online, social, search) and the AdTech ecosystem * Solid expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, and performance marketing * Confident use of relevant tools such as DV360, CM360, Meta, or comparable platforms * Sound knowledge of tracking, tag management, and digital advertising formats * Experience in budget allocation and KPI-based campaign optimization * Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven way of working * Ability to translate operational performance insights into strategic recommendations * Professional and confident communication with clients * Ability to explain technical and data-driven topics in a clear and accessible way * Curiosity for innovation and continuous development in the digital media and AdTech environment The Tasks * Developing cross-channel digital media strategies and campaigns * Creating detailed media plans including budget allocation and KPI definition * Independently setting up, trafficking, and monitoring digital campaigns * Ensuring quality of tracking implementations and advertising assets * Ongoing performance optimization based on defined KPIs * Analyzing market, competitive, and audience data * Developing and maintaining structured reporting setups and cross-channel analyses * Deriving clear, data-based recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders * Preparing and presenting strategies, reports, and optimization recommendations * Close collaboration with creative, media, technology, and other interdisciplinary teams * Coordinating sub-projects within integrated campaigns * Supporting the implementation of new tools, technologies, and best practices * Independently managing defined clients and projects in day-to-day business and closely aligning with Senior Consultants on complex overall strategies
POSITION Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a Senior Creator Relations Manager (m/f/d) About You * You have a deep understanding of the creator, influencer, and social media landscape. * You have experience developing and implementing strategies to build creator relationships for various brands and target audiences. * You have a strong network of creators, talent managers, platform partners, and production service providers. * You are skilled in negotiation, contract coordination, and budget management. * You have a deep understanding of how platforms work, as well as trends and content formats on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels. * You are able to analyze the performance of creator campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization based on the data. * You work in a structured and independent manner and can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously. * You present and communicate confidently in both German and English. * You have a good grasp of brand management and know how to authentically align creators with brand values and integrate them holistically into a comprehensive activation strategy. * You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across the fields of creative, strategy, consulting, and production. * You have a personal interest in and/or a keen curiosity about the fields of sports (marketing) and gaming Your Tasks * You identify suitable creators for brands, campaigns, and culturally relevant topics with a focus on sports You build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, their management teams, and platform partners. * You develop strategies for creator relationships and oversee their operational implementation. * You are responsible for reaching out to creators, negotiating with them, and onboarding them. * You manage creator campaigns from the initial inquiry through reporting. * As an integral part of a project team, you coordinate and advise clients, maintain a holistic view of the brand, and develop customized rollout recommendations. * You brief creators and support the creative execution in close collaboration with creative and consulting teams. * You coordinate schedules, budgets, approvals, and results. * You analyze campaign performance and derive insights and recommendations for future activities. * You continuously monitor trends, platform updates, and relevant cultural developments with a focus on sports and gaming. * You support pitches and help develop new approaches to social media and influencer marketing. * You identify potential risks early on when working with creators and develop appropriate solutions. * You provide technical and organizational support to junior team members and actively share your knowledge within the team.
POSITION Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a (Senior) Copywriter (d/f/m) in full time. Your tasks: * Developing creative lead ideas, concepts and campaigns for multiple clients and brands * Writing and refining copy for all relevant channels (classic, digital, social, film and beyond) * Close collaboration with art directors to create holistic and compelling creative work * Independently briefing and coordinating all project stakeholders and disciplines * Presenting concepts and copy internally and to clients with confidence * Ensuring tonal and conceptual consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables * Maintaining and elevating copy quality throughout all project phases * Mentoring, coaching and professionally developing junior copywriters and trainees * Actively contributing to the improvement of tools, workflows and creative standards * Staying on top of cultural trends, storytelling formats and emerging creative opportunities About you: * Excellent understanding of brands, products and audiences, with a strong sense of tone of voice * Outstanding conceptual and writing skills across all media and channels * Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns and creative lead ideas * Confident presentation and persuasion skills in German and English * High quality standards and a strong creative and editorial mindset * Deep understanding of the interplay between copy, design, concept and technology * Experience working closely with art direction, consulting, strategy and external partners * Ability to guide, mentor and develop junior copywriters through constructive feedback * Curiosity for new formats, platforms and tools, including the use of generative AI in the creative process
