Your tasks: * Developing creative lead ideas, concepts and campaigns for multiple clients and brands * Writing and refining copy for all relevant channels (classic, digital, social, film and beyond) * Close collaboration with art directors to create holistic and compelling creative work * Independently briefing and coordinating all project stakeholders and disciplines * Presenting concepts and copy internally and to clients with confidence * Ensuring tonal and conceptual consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables * Maintaining and elevating copy quality throughout all project phases * Mentoring, coaching and professionally developing junior copywriters and trainees * Actively contributing to the improvement of tools, workflows and creative standards * Staying on top of cultural trends, storytelling formats and emerging creative opportunities About you: * Excellent understanding of brands, products and audiences, with a strong sense of tone of voice * Outstanding conceptual and writing skills across all media and channels * Proven experience in developing integrated campaigns and creative lead ideas * Confident presentation and persuasion skills in German and English * High quality standards and a strong creative and editorial mindset * Deep understanding of the interplay between copy, design, concept and technology * Experience working closely with art direction, consulting, strategy and external partners * Ability to guide, mentor and develop junior copywriters through constructive feedback * Curiosity for new formats, platforms and tools, including the use of generative AI in the creative process

POSITION Jung von Matt SPORTS is looking for a (Senior) Creative Team (Senior Art Director & Senior Copywriter d/f/m). As the ideal JvM (Senior) Creative Team, you bring a strong combination of art direction and copywriting expertise, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a leading creative agency. You are both passionate about creating outstanding campaigns and have a deep understanding of brand communication. You are both fluent in German and English. Your tasks: * Development of innovative communication and design concepts, looks, and staging for various accounts, tailored to brand and product—both online and offline * Creation of compelling campaign ideas across platforms, from ideation to execution * Development of diverse layouts, key visuals, and presentation templates * Preparing and leading client presentations * Independent briefing of all involved parties (e.g., photographers, illustrators, concept designers) * Supervision, training, and mentorship of juniors or mid-level creatives and interns * Identifying and solving creative challenges, working closely with the Creative Directors when needed * Optimisation of tools, workflows, and creative processes About you: * Proficiency in both conceptual and hands-on creative execution * Strong customer, product, and brand knowledge * Excellent strategic thinking and ability to bring ideas to life across different media * Deep understanding of the interplay between traditional and digital media, including social media trends and mechanics * Experience in shoots, social productions, and first productions * Strong presentation skills in both German and English * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools * Curiosity, a strong sense of good design, and a proactive attitude * An impressive portfolio of award-winning projects (Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, ADC Germany)
