The Finance Technology Team The Finance Technology team within Okta's Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) organization is dedicated to designing, optimizing, and maintaining the systems that power our core financial operations. Our Order-to-Cash practice sits at the center of Okta's revenue engine, managing everything from order management and billing to collections, revenue recognition, and GL posting. The Senior Product Analyst Opportunity This role will serve as the primary functional expert for Okta's end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within NetSuite. You will own the configuration, optimization, and integration of our core O2C systems — spanning Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, and AWS — while collaborating closely with Finance, Billing, Collections, and development teams to drive scalable solutions. This is a senior, highly accountable role for someone who is proactive, eager to take ownership, and excited to lead AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and cash flow.
