Senior UX Designer Complex B2B

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior UX Designer Complex B2B on behalf of one of our partner companies. You connect user

evidence, service realities and product constraints to create experiences that are clear, inclusive and valuable.

The partner is strengthening its capability in complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions. You will

take responsibility for work that connects interaction design, information architecture and prototyping, while ensuring that

usability testing and design systems receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders

can evaluate.

The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling

better choices.

You will join a multidisciplinary team and move between discovery, design, delivery and learning after launch. The partner expects

assumptions to be made visible, prototypes to answer real questions and design decisions to remain understandable when they reach

engineering and operations.

This role calls for independent judgement and the ability to raise the quality around you. You will be expected to recognise when

a decision needs wider expertise, make trade-offs visible and move work forward without creating unnecessary process.

• Relevant experience delivering complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions in a demanding

environment.

You may come from a product company, agency, consultancy or public service. Your portfolio should explain the problem,

contribution, evidence and outcome. Direct experience of complex B2B workflows that help expert users make confident decisions is

valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.

You will work on consequential journeys where careful discovery can influence priorities, not simply decorate decisions already
