In the CapMan Real Estate team we execute both value add and stable income-focused investment strategies across all major property

sectors in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. Our active value-add funds seek to acquire transitional properties in the most

liquid Nordic markets where an asset can be enhanced by active rental and cost management, investments in redevelopment, change of

use, or repositioning. Our funds and mandates targeting stable income focuses on well-located, high-quality investments that

generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors across market cycles.

Our Nordic Real Estate operations include approximately 80 committed real estate investment professionals. With a strong focus on

sustainability, innovation and value creation, we have established a solid reputation for delivering exceptional results and are

CapMan Real Estate’s Finance Team is responsible for the finance and control of the real estate funds and products managed by

CapMan Real Estate. We are a team of 14 finance, controlling and accounting professionals.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join the CapMan Real Estate Finance Team and contribute to a wide range of

activities related to the financial management of our real estate funds. In this role, you will participate in management and

investor reporting projects for the funds managed by CapMan Real Estate, while also supporting ongoing reporting processes and ad

hoc analyses.

You will play an active role in the development of our real estate and fund data management capabilities and contribute to the

advancement of our data warehouse platform. We work in a hands-on, collaborative way — meaning you will work closely with other

members of the CapMan Real Estate Finance Team and gain broad exposure to the operations of a leading real estate investment

manager.

• are in the final stages of your Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business

Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Economics, or a related field;

• combine strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the bigger picture and connect your work to broader business

objectives.
