Ecommerce Copywriter (Direct Response / Meta)

We're looking for an Ecommerce Copywriter for the Silvery® brand - an innovative bedding brand growing rapidly toward global recognition. You'll be based at our modern office in Kalasatama, Helsinki, working alongside our creative strategy and content production teams. In this role, you are not just a writer; you are a direct-response marketer. You will take complex product features and turn them into clear, benefit-driven messaging that speaks directly to what the customer actually wants. From high-converting Meta ads to persuasive landing pages, your words will be the engine that turns traffic into customers. About Us Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built multiple international consumer brands, served over 250,000 customers worldwide, and our products are available on Amazon as well as our own Shopify store. We are currently focused on growing the Silvery® brand (www.mysilvery.com) in the US market, a premium bedding brand using innovative technology that is rapidly gaining global recognition. We reached over €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch. In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared to the previous year. To support this growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team. Key Responsibilities Write compelling, high-performing copy across multiple channels, including paid media (Meta), advertorials, landing pages, and product descriptions. Craft persuasive direct-response storytelling that highlights product benefits and drives conversions, adapting your tone and voice to fit various audiences and distribution channels. Partner with paid media, creative strategists, and designers to align copy with campaign goals and bring creative concepts to life. Use data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine and enhance ad copy, headlines, and messaging strategies. Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to enhance effectiveness. Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and iteration, using them as a force multiplier while maintaining a sharp editorial eye for what actually converts. What We Expect Proven experience writing direct-response, performance-based, or ecommerce marketing copy, with a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO). An obsession with consumer behavior. You understand persuasion, offers, testing, and how to craft messaging that moves people to act. You are comfortable partnering with media buyers, designers, and strategists to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing goals. Fluency with AI tools and the judgment to use them effectively. You know when AI accelerates your work and when your own instincts need to take over. Excellent English skills and the ambition to grow fast within a company that's scaling internationally.
