The fund management team is part of CapMan Group’s functions, and we are 20 professionals based in Finland and Luxembourg. The

team handles AIFM regulatory control functions, including risk management, compliance and valuation oversight, ensuring that all

control processes comply with regulatory standards. Overall, our team’s primary responsibilities encompass various fund

administration tasks during the funds’ lifetime such as cash management and investor reporting.

• supporting the fund management team e.g. by preparing various fund reports for investors and other stakeholders as well as

keeping the fund management system up to date.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in asset valuation and fund management of private equity

funds in processes related to CapMan's various investment strategies.

• Are at the later stage in your Bachelor’s or early Master’s degree (either University of Applied Sciences or academic) in

finance, economics or a related field.

This is a fixed-term internship position for 12 months starting in January 2027 with adaptable working hours: 2-3 days per week
