Marketing Coordinator (Ecommerce / Digital Marketing)

Do you want to develop digital ads that capture attention, spark interest, and drive people to purchase? We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to plan, script, and coordinate digital ads for the Silvery® brand. This role combines consumer psychology, content creation, and continuous learning: you will take ad ideas from brief to production, track how they perform, and develop the next iterations to make them even better. In this role, you will be part of the Silvery® creative team. You will work closely with content creators and freelancers, alongside the company founder and the marketing team. Here, ideas quickly turn into action: we experiment, test, and continuously learn what works in advertising. You will receive hands-on coaching and see first-hand how advertising for an international e-commerce brand is created and developed. About Us Ventura Brands Oy is a Finnish ecommerce company founded in 2019. We have built several international consumer brands, served more than 250,000 customers worldwide, and sell our products on Amazon and through our own Shopify store. We are currently focused on scaling Silvery® (www.mysilvery.com), a rapidly growing brand, in the US market. Silvery® is a premium bedding brand powered by innovative technology and growing rapidly toward global recognition. We reached more than €1 million in monthly revenue with Silvery® just over a year after its launch. In 2026, we are set to multiply our revenue compared with the previous year. To support this and our future growth, we are now looking to strengthen our team. Key Responsibilities Identify the best ideas from effective ad formats and concepts, and turn them into finished ads for the Silvery® brand across Meta, YouTube, and AppLovin. Write ad copy tailored to different target audiences and awareness stages of the buying journey, as well as video scripts and production briefs. Plan ad variations together with the team and help turn ideas into finished assets in our in-house studio and in collaboration with content creators and freelancers. Coordinate the production of ad assets by ensuring that briefs, timelines, feedback rounds, and final materials progress as planned through to launch. Analyze ad performance, identify what works, and use these insights as the starting point for future tests and productions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time. The ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly, along with the confidence to ask questions, learn, and take ownership. Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate fluently in an international team. Previous experience in e-commerce marketing and content creation is a plus. Above all, we value motivation, the ability to learn, and a proactive attitude. You will receive regular coaching in ad planning, feedback on productions, and the opportunity to take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
